This was suppost to be put on new years eve but i lost the internet so here it is! hey ya'll, sorry just a little american talk. well we got a new motor. our last one bit the bullet when we got to bucksport. but everything is fine after our week stuck in the middle of nowhere with hardcore southeners! we are in beaufort south carolina right now. waiting out more bad weather. we found a good anchorage and jack and brian found us when they were passing though! we heard someone wistleing, looked out and saw jack standing on the shore hollerin at us! it was the last person i thought would be whistleing at us! it was perfect [View Full Entry]

Well it is december now, we have been at the bucksport marina in south carolina for almost a week waiting for motor parts after she bit the bullet. Things weren't good as the part is no longer available but we found a used one. it's just 40 miles away but we are on top of it. this is a short entry as the cpu is about to die. hey everyone. we made it out on the open ocean and now were heading into the intercoastal waterway. we stoped off in annapolis for a couple days. we had some engine problems. but dont worry were getting that all taken care of. although if anyone has a spare motor they would like to donate to us for our trip that would be very appreciated! were traveling in the chesapeake bay on our way to norfolk where the real intercoastal starts. we really underestamated the great atlantic ocean. we had a few waves come over the stern but everything is fine well [View Full Entry]

Well we made it across lake ontario. We went to Cape Vincent the first night which wasn't bad at all, the sun was shining and the customs were pretty good. The closest they came to the boat was 50 ft....Making me wish we kept the liquor cabinet and our beef. Day two wasn't bad either we took our time and ended up in sacket's harbour for the night. This weekend Brendy and I are shipping off on our trip to the Bahamas! We've been working hard on building this sailboat for a year and a half and I must say it's straight ballin'! We're gonna be having Coronas on the boat. The plan is to leave the Kingston Marina and cross Lake On to Cape Vincent in the States.
