As we headed up the stairs of Dracula's castle the people in my tour group began to go missing. soon it was just me and the group leader Kyle left. Then Kyle went missing and I was the only one left, I began to panic and then suddenly someone from behind me grabbed me by the shoulders. I jumped in fright as they yelled "BOOO". I turned round and kyle was standing behind me with the rest of my group laughing. They thought it was really funny but I didn't think it was funny at all. But after all that I think this is definitely a place that I would visit again if I came back to Romania. ... read more

After a train ride from Auschwitz to Budapest I went and checked into the Hotel which is called Hotel President. Then I went out to see what the city is like. The city is very cool and I like it. One of my favourite places is Fisherman's Bastion. It is a castle built in 1950 and is really cool with it's towers and spiked tops. ... read more

After my train trip from Warsaw to Oswiecim, I went and checked into my hotel and put my bags down. Oswiecim is better known by it's German name Auschwitz, The Nazi's largest concentration camp. So I headed out to the camp. After a bit of looking around at the buildings left, I headed off to the Museum to have a look at the exhibition they had on the concentration camp. The museum had pictures of what it would have been like for the Jews when they stayed in the camp. I could only look for about an hour, because it was very sad, and so I then went outside -Sitting in the sunshine but haunted by the souls of the men, woman and children who were killed there.... read more

I have just arrived in Tallinn after the long flight from Melbourne. The weather is better than I expected (19 degrees) and the city is very pretty. After I checked into my Hotel ( Nordic Hotel), I went out to the town square to look around and see what it is like. All of the building are old but that doesn't mean there not nice. The buildings are cool and it is a nice place. My favourite building in Tallinn is the Russian Cathedral it's brown and white with cool black swirl things on top of the towers.... read more
