I have returned form my inspiring and unexpectedly delightful time in Toronto and the Niagara Peninsular. I discovered that I could in fact do a blog via my i-phone which removed the need for a computer. I WAS THERE! One of the 2400 lucky people to be able to stand up on the fourth plinth in Trafalgar Square, London for one hour doing whatever we wanted to. I had the most sublime time up there and unexpecteldy really loved it. I welcomed in the warm sunny morning doing yoga poses and some readings. To be above and yet part of the Square was a surreal experience.
