Welcome Home! Glad you are home safe and sound. Your trip was a lifetime event. Will Danny ever drive again? Just kidding. Thanks for stopping in Tucson. It was great to catch up. Bob and Trudy
Amazing trip The trip was amazing, made that much better by visiting Uncle Bob and yourself. We just had such a great time, saw and did so much, but I have to say the highlight was going through Custer State Park, and seeing a Bison in the road only 15-20 ft in front of us. We also saw Prarie Dogs, Antelope, burros, and deer.
I can't imagine ever seeing this country in the same way again.
Eileen
Whew! What a whirlwind trip! I hope you enjoyed yourselves. You got to see a lot of this beautiful country, even if it was mostly postage stamp views. At least you get an idea of where you want to go when you have time to slow down and stay awhile. Thanks for sharing with us.
Eileen & Dan,
Thankyou, so much, for sharing your trip with us. I got to see things I will never see in my lifetime. Glad you are home safe and had a great trip. See you soon.

Hey You both are racking up the miles! So, this is where the "deer and the antelopes play!" where seldom was it heard? Looks like you r having a grand old time! Peace..sandy.
Too funny! How did John Smith ever get people to follow him? I take it you won't be going back that way any time soon. Sounds like you both are having a great time. Eileen, great picture with the Stetson! You are in our prayers for a continued safe journey.
Beautiful pics Dan and Eileen, Your pictures have been great to look at and the blog has been fun to follow. I am exhausted at all you have managed to do in such a short time!!
I:) I am glad you found Clay Street. I remember taking a pic of it and thinking of you when I was out there :) It looks like you guys are having a great time ! What an experience! I am so happy for you and can't wait to see/hear more about your adventures.
Picture # 119 Hi Danny and Eileen,
What army base is that in picture 119? Enjoy the view of the Pacific Ocean. When I was out there the water looked a lot bluer (blue???) than the Atlantic. Will you be stopping at the Hearst Mansion or is that
south of LA? I forget. Danny, when you get to San Francisco, are you going to look for PKI in Fremont??? Just kidding. Hopefully the fires out West will not effect your journey. I am enjoying your blog.
Be Safe,
Carolyn
Enjoying your journey.... Hello Eileen and Dan! I'm sharing your blog with the office, and we are so much enjoying your journey with you! What a wonderful experience and so many memories you'll always treasure. Enjoy each other..have safe travels...and give those pups a kiss. Yes; I'm already missing you Eileen, but I'm plugging along with no problems. Well...few. :)
Thank you so much for the card as well. Drew and I really appreciated it. Happy 4th!
out west Isn't the southwest beautiful? We wouldn't want to live there, but love to visit. Clay, you need to clean Eileen's windows if you're going to make her take pictures through them at high speed. I always gripe at Kerry about the same thing and I hate taking pictures from a moving vehicle. But if you're trying to make distance, you have no choice. We are enjoying following your travels. Have fun.
Hi I am enjoying reading about your adventures and your photos! Eileen looks cute in her cowgirl hat! "on the road again". Take it Dan,,,, peace..sandy
Great pictures. Regarding #14, Dan, were you the only man amongst all those women? I must say, your lady is the prettiest of all. Glad things are going well and you are enjoying your once in a lifetime experience.
Tell me what pictures #65 and #66 are from? Hi Eileen and Dan,
Glad to hear your trip is going well. Tell me what pictures #65 and #66 are from. I hope the fires out west will not prevnet you from seeing all you want to see.
Carolyn
