You Go Girl!! Anne, Apricot, YOU ARE ALL GROWN UP...WOW. It has been so awesome reading your messages. What an amazing experience. Where did you ever get such a sense of adventure from... must be from your mother!! One really has to stop and smell the roses and savour the moment more often as you did on one of your dives. Enjoy your final weeks and stay safe. We are so proud of you for doing this!! Love Tracy & Shayne
Envious and so happy Hey there
So envious of your experiences and so so happy that you got to have perfect conditions for your Safari. Remember your journaling so that you can review it all when you get home to tell us; I don't want you to forget the experiences, smells, sounds, feelings and all; even if there were bugs in your tent; the heat in the vehicle; I want to hear ALL about it! love ya & stay safe! :)
Great Job Glad to see that you are having a great time... life is amazing when we take the time to listen and to look... Keep up with the postings and try to add more photos... Hopefully you will have better internet access and speed at the next location....
Good luck and be careful !
félicitation Félicitation fille; certifier en plongée profonde, WOW! Souviens toi que prudence est toujours prioritée, en! Le fun est aussi l'important!
Amours :)
wow sounds like a great time anne!! I don't know how many beans i would be able to eat, but i think it would be worth it to live that kind of life everyday.
so jealous, which i could be there with you!!!
hi!!! Hey Anne! It sounds like you are having an amazing time. I am oh, so, jealous of you. Reading your emails brings me back to 2003 when i travelled Europe. Those 3 1/2 months were some of the best times of my life. Take it all in, don't be afraid to take risks and most of all take lots of pictures.
these blogs will be a good momento....if you don't have one you may want to start a journal - write down what you did each day. I did that both times i went to europe and every year on the anniversary of my trip i read what i did that day. I is an awesome way to re-live it!!
anywhoo, i will let you go. keep the blogs coming (even after the first couple months when you are sick of typing!!)
love you tons!!! (oh and you look really really good with brown hair!!)
U at? "u at?" as my Newfoundlander friend would say, which means "what are you up to?". Happy to see that your first, and probably shortest, flight went well! Are you in paris yet my dear? Hope you're having a good time or had a good time with your friend in the USA.
Amuses-toi bien ma tite anne banane,
Jeanette
MOTHER As I see the last hours zoom by before your departure I feel quite emotional in many many ways but... the one emotion that superseeds (sp?) all others is the hope that you have the most positive life changing time!! ENJOY BABY!<3
I am 18 years old and took a year off of school to save up some money to go traveling. During my travels in Africa I will be spending 6 weeks in Madagascar volunteering with a marine biology program, two weeks touring Tanzania and finally 2 months in a volunteer program teaching children in southern Kenya.
