I'm so glad youre alive I was beginning to worry about you. It sounds like you are adjusting well :). I was looking through my phone the other day and saw your name... I was sad I just couldnt call you up to talk. :(
I hope we can talk over skype soon I have som pretty amazing stories to tell you.
I think its really funny that it was posted on March 7th, but its still only the 6th here. I'm glad everything is going well for you. The truth/lie thing reminds me of my history class when we did the same thing.
Hey Nicole - I saw your blog when you first made it and couldn't resist checking it out. I just wanted to tell you that I think what you guys are doing is awesome - I wish I were brave enough for such things! :P It looks like you are having an amazing/interesting time!
kkk Hi we are thinking abt to come to Dankook for exchange programm can anyone tell how it is?
Also on wich campus is the language programm? Thanks so far for the pictures they are already a great help.
Wow! Ok, I am excited for you. I am scared for you! What a culture shock. At least your adventures in looking for a camera store weren't adventures in looking for a bathroom!!! I hope you and Mike are doing well. Let me know about the city of Daegu! I am very interested to hear more about what is happening!
Fish Hot Dog So I told the fish hot dog story to my whole family (grandparents included) at family dinner the other day - everyone got a kick out of that story. My sister concluded that she could never ever live in S. Korea since she hates fish.
Hope you are doing well!
It’s amazing that you manage getting along without knowing their language. Are you gonna attend a course in Korean?
The apartment looks slightly better than Concordia haha
Your apartment looks pretty amazing.. Just one question. Where is my room??
... and your poor confused neighbor. I'm still laughing at that and trying to picture your guys' faces!
FOOD wow you're in korea?! since when?! i'm glad that you got to go!! omg, eat the food! it's delicious! bulgogi all the way! and kimchi! keep posting :)
Hoe gaan dit in Suid-Korea? Really glad your safe. Orientation is always fun....:) Enjoy every minute and keep us up to date. Who knows, If I can't find a job in South Africa, I might end up in S. Korea somewhere in the year. Post some pictures soon! I am going to Bath this weekend and exploring some more ancient Roman culture.
