Onwards to Liverpool
You are going to hit the ground hard when you get back there mate, I bet it takes time to adjust for you. See you in a couple of weeks for a beer or two in either Manchester or scouseville

Wine! For sure
Hey, I'm from Canadian wine coutry, we make some great white and reds, plus ice wine! Shocking the Ameican's don't let our vino into the the USA. Guess California is afraid :) Glad to you had a blast in Canada! Hopefully we'll see you next year on the playa.

wow
It was very interesting reading your blog. It looks like your having quite the adventure. I am going to ecuador in dec with a girlfriend of mine it sounds like the bus ride could be not that safe thanks for the tip about the cutting of the bottom of the purse. Do you think it would be safe for two girls to rent a car and see ecuador. Thanks for your feedback. Cheers

Sad its coming to an end - enjoy your last week! One question though - doesn't Colombia control 100% of Columbia's cocaine market? :)

Read it
yeah yeah, I've read a few, only the bits about me though :) which in this episode is just bitching. I'm quite surprised you don't stick a 'Northern Ireland connection'at the end of every entry to be honest! and maybe a 'connection to Man U'too. Haha, very good blog Thomas. (ps: for any one wanting to look him up the artists name is Botero - has some really cool stuff, good exhibits in both Bogota and Medellin)

Colombia apparently controls 80% of the worlds Colombian cocaine market. Tommy who controls the rest of the Colombian cocaine market then? The Smurfs?

Second World Cathedral
I own a wood carving of quechas indios riding horses up to paradise. I have been told that the "second cathedral of the world" was pillaged by F. Drake and that the item is from there. Was this cathedral in Bogota or Cartagena, I don't know.

IRA
Not sure if you stood long enough to notice, but in Colombia there's a rock band named IRA so it probably graffittis may be talking about that one but i don't know the context so

Buenos Aires - Lujan Zoo
Just came across your blog about your travels in BA. I'd like to make one suggestion - the Lujan Zoo. I went in August and it was an amazing experience. It's basically a petting zoo except the petting doesn't stop at chicks and bunny rabbits - you can actually pet lions and tigers, as well as ride an elegant and camel. When my friends and family saw the pictures they thought I was insane but I'd do it again in a heart beat! Hope you can make it there!
