It seems that there's a problem somewhere, like everywhere you go guys it entails conflict of some sort, could it be part of communication, which shouldn't be because your from Bicol. I know accent is quite different but it is still understandable. Next time try to change your or your friends' approach maybe the remedy lies there. I've toured most of the Philippines and I can tell you that you can never get it wrong if you know how to deal with people, a little diplomacy as well. Cheers.

we are not from bicol...and we have been diplomatic enough, they barely heard any complain from us. good service is not something that diplomacy can do much about...no matter how diplomatic you are bad service is bad service and it's not something to praise

This was actually last year's trip. It has been too busy that I was only able to blog about it one year after! But yes, all the four of us agree that this has been our best trip by far...it was just so much fun and we really really really loved the food. We've been wanting to go back but there's just too many places to visit but too little time and money, we couldn't fit 'em all in. Korea rocks! \m/

I was there in summer 2010 and, cause I was on my own, I found it a bit difficult in the beginning, but then I just loved it; Koreans are so kind and friendly, and food is delicious!!! I hope you like it as much as I did :o)

In the midst of confusion and feeling of lostness, a phenomenon which I believe they call quarter-life crises (and a gloomy heart), I refuse to stay sulking at the corner for too long ... I am going out. What started as half hearted attempts to pull myself out of this melancholic state resulted to travels characterized by disappointments, and awe for the unexpected beauty; facing the good, the bad, and the ugly reality and enthusiasm for some more.
