Timetravellers

Now we are in Playa del Carmen, we were going to rent an appartement with Daniel's father +wife + son, but the place had electrical problems, but we got a better place until they could get it fixed. We'll post some pictures later, cuz the internet cappacity are to low here. We have spent the last days in the pool and in the jaquzzi on the roof and i must say it is heaven to lay on the rooftop to get a tan ;) Today we are going to the place we originally rented, they'll pick us up around three o'clock, and we hope the place is as good as this one :) * peace to you all *... read more

We landed five o´clock and the first step out of the plane was breathtaking. mucho calores!!! At the plane we had to fill out three forms, one for health, one for custom and one for something i dont remember :) The flight was 10 hours and we could only sleep three of them, although we stayed up all night so we could sleep trough the jorney. The plan wasn´t succesful, hehe :) Outside the airport a lady was standing with a sign with our name, she guided us to a car that took us safely to Daniel´s family. Our first night in cancun was going to be at Congo, a wonderful place where we only paid 60 NOK (130 mxn) to drink all we wanted, (Bara libre) we ended our night around twelve o´clock. A week ago we recieved a phonecall that pushed our joy one more day. The flight was cancelled the 13th and moved to the 14th. So today it is one week to go. It's weird that the first 156 days went by so quick and that the last 7 days so slow. But we're still counting the days :) And the luggage is starting to fill up. The hotell is booked now and the one we'll stay at is Hotel Xbulu-Ha, for one week. We'll be back in a week or so with more :) .............peace & blessings............ ... read more

This trip has been in our plans for the last 4 years, at last the time has come. We are leaving june 13th from the airport in Oslo,Gardemoen and a short stop in Amsterdam, Schiphol. The next stop is 16.50 in Mexico,Cancun :) We are looking forward to feel the heat on our bodies, and the wind through our hair. This is Daniel's first time in 9 years to see his family in Mexico, we're staying with his aunt & uncle in cancun the first couple of weeks. Then we are heading to Isla Mujeres, a little island that we will be spending a week or so, and then we are going to Playa del Carmen for 4 weeks.
