Alright people, i got to see the ruins of pompeii which was really interesting. There were 4 casts and were pretty eerie because their arms were covering their faces and you could almost feel bad for them. Then we went to the Herculaneum which is further from Mt. Vesuvius so it was much more intacts and had tons of actual artifcats from 2000 years ago...really awesome. I took a bunch of pics so dont worry. Sorry guys ive been busy lately and havent really had a chance to get on here. For the record Italy is the greatest country on earth. I spent 2 full days in Rome and decided to head down to Naples with a couple people that I met and I think im gonna head back to rome in a couple days for another 2 days since theyre leaving to go back to london on tuesday. So I was able to hitch a ride from Doolin to Galway and I gave Armindo €10 because gas is around $4 gallon. Neither of us knew the area but it seemed to be near the city center so he pulled over and dropped me off on some corner. It was cool that he drove me because I got to see some of the Burren which I wouldnt have been able to see without doing a tour or renting a car or something. On Monday nights theres a bar called McDermotts that ha a group of 4 young guys from Ennis that come down and play some traditional Irish music so that was a great time. The music which nauseated me during St. patricks day at outback was a lot of fun in its proper setting. I had some guiness, smithwicks and a delicious bowl of real Irish Stew. Well its been a couple days but i've decided to go onward and forward with my flight to Dubrovnik, i found a bunch other numbers to call for lodging. Let's see whats happened since my last entry... Im glad that so many people are checking out this site, unfortunately i dont have enough time to respond to everyone, sorry guys especially with issues arising in Dubrovnik where i may have to skip that flight and write off €64 which really sucks. So last night not much was going on and honestly my legs were killing me from the walk to the Tower of London. I chilled in the common room with the Irish guy Ken and watched a couple movies until about 12:30am and got some Burger King, £4.55 or almost $9 for a chicken sandwich, quite the deal i must say. The burgers are dirt cheap but im not getting any ground beef here in the U.K. with the mad cow disease and all. Actually most people here seem to be staying away from it. Well everyone i made it to London... Right now i'm sitting at the hostel internet cafe after taking a couple power naps since i only got to sleep a couple hours on the flight over since the seats were pretty uncomfortable. I got to Paris around 5:50am and had to transfer from terminal 2C to 2F. So I got packed onto the bus but when the door went to open at my stop is caught my foot in the door and the driver started yelling at me in French...so that was fun.
