| 13th July 2006 Lisa F. | midwest heaven... - From: Memoirs of big sky country: A bean, scrap metal heaven, canned pork, and one heck of a lot of buffalos. HI Paul & Casey! I miss you a lot. Happy Birthday to Casey, I think it is sometime around now (sorry - i'm a dunce with bdays). I loved reading about your Chicago visit - thanks for the shout out! I agree that just "hanging around" the city can be so much fun. Ryan and I were downtown Chicago on July 1 and visited Millenium Park for the first time too! We loved the Bean and the groovy fountain... I think I felt your lingering presence there... ;) I loved reading this especially because the roadtrip you took from IL out to Yellowstone was the exact trip we used to take when I was little!! We had family in Wyoming/Colorado and we'd always drive out that way and stop at Wall Drug and the Badlands, and visit Yellowstone ... it brought back so many warm fuzzy memories! Glad you enjoyed it!! MISS YOU, SMOOCH! - LISA |

| 23rd June 2006 Jaime | WOWSERS! - From: Memoirs of big sky country: A bean, scrap metal heaven, canned pork, and one heck of a lot of buffalos. It sounds amazing on this wacky journey you guys are taking! Hey Casey, as much as I love my country I would be disturbed by just blatant bending of the truth as well. Everyone's opinion is different. That doesn't make any of them wrong. I love the pictures. I daresay that you guys are turning into pro's with your camera. I hope to hear from you again soon. |
| 20th June 2006 Jose | I'll skip the corn palace, thanks! - From: Memoirs of big sky country: A bean, scrap metal heaven, canned pork, and one heck of a lot of buffalos. Casey and Paul, Looks like you two are having a great time. You know I prefer your reactions/critiques of what our nation has to offer than any ol' guide book/travel show. Have fun the rest of the way, and keep blogging... it's like I'm almost there. Oh, and I'm glad you liked Chicago; it's my favorite city and I would concur with your take on it. Adios. Jose |

| 26th May 2006 Mom | The Kitty.......! - From: Is it tomorrow or yesterday already? Have you no sentimental feelings! He had stuck with you through thick and thin since 1993. (even though you put him in hybernation every now and then) But you always coaxed him back out. And he diligently accepted the task, bugling when ever you asked. You two had been through so much together. He kept you out of trouble and always on time. He was so loyal to you. Poor kitty : ( Tell me the truth, you never really liked that kitty did you? You just used him....... |

| 25th May 2006 Veronika | Your Own Personal Historian - From: Is it tomorrow or yesterday already? I'm honored that you listened to my historical ramblings. This proves to me now that my silly knowledge can go a long way. Yea for UNCG graduates! Also I'm glad you survived the crazy drivers of New Jersey and New York (my father being one of them!) If you can survive that driving, you can survive anything, promise! For another fun historical fact, the Salem witch trials was one of the last trials in the witch craze of 1500-1700. It was one of the smallest and few in America, but seems almost insignificant when you see what happened in European countries such as England, France, Spain and worst of all Germany. Also, the trials were located in a town a little ways from "Old Salem" but most tourist don't know that. Enjoy your trips, and I hope to provide you with a number of more interesting facts about the locations you will be going. |
