..I'm not being rude, 'Crouching Tiger Hidden Sausage' was the delightful name of a dish served in one of the local restaurants in Miri...if you didn't fancy that you could also have 'Cheesy Wigglie Sausage', or perhaps 'Doggie Bolognese'...yum! Once we'd dragged ourselves away from the most entertaining menu ever we had time to take a wander up Canada Hill to visit the Petroleum Museum (which is as exciting as it sounds), and see the lovely views over Miri and the South China Sea. We also took a day trip to the Niah Caves which was fantastic. We trekked through the jungle to reach the 'Trader Caves', then to the large, main caves before reaching the 'Painted Caves' which promised wall sketches from thousands of years ago.
