| 19th August 2008 Hudo | Unreal - From: Nearly at the end of our tour Enjoyed the travails of the Team Liggett. Wonderful Hudo |
| 29th July 2008 Ellie Annear | - From: Frankfurterville Update Dad, as you can see, three people have made comments about your supposedly unwashed jerseys, so it a matter of serious concern for us. You should be happy that you have so many people that care about your clothes washing habits. Anyway, it's pretty borng here, although I got into Team 1 for soccer and Chilli spent the whole day in her cushion house and when we tried to remove her she attached herself to the bottom of it and refused to have a dancing session with us. We all eagerly await your return (unless you still have that moustache, in which case we will disown you). Love from Ellie. |
| 29th July 2008 Karen | SAFE TRAVELLING - From: Frankfurterville Update Hi Rod, can't wait to see the photos and hear the stories. Travel safe. See you when you are back at work. Karen ps. please excuse my spelling mistake - Phil holding is noise obviously should have been nose - obviously I was very excited and as I always say - public and pubic are both words and spell check doesn't distinguish between them. |
| 27th July 2008 Karen | OH SO SOON IT FINISHES - From: Huge Lunch in Corps our Parting Hi Rod, can not believe it is nearly all over. What a fantastic trip you have had. Hope you have been washing those jerseys, must have been otherwise poor Phil would have been holding his noise. How great to get a photo of all of you together. Work awaits, just as it always does - so don't hurry back. Cheers Karen |
| 26th July 2008 Ellie Annear | - From: Huge Lunch in Corps our Parting Leffe! You should keep one to add to your Leffe collection :P. |
| 26th July 2008 kate | hello - From: Huge Lunch in Corps our Parting hello dad apparently you only posted this ten minutes ago which is quite exciting all is very boring here. i tried going on a walk with ellie today but she just complained the whole time so i am looking forward to going for a walk with you when you are back. i think rusty will be too so i don't have to yell at him to sit down anymore. anyway it looks like you are having a good time but your facial hair is quite disturbing. kindly remove it before your return. also, have you actually worn anything other than your team liggett jersey and that strange looking hat which doesnt look like it offers a lot of sun protection. maybe it is so that you can "feel the confidence" anyway i hope i didnt bore you after you have been having such an exciting time and we are at home watching french movies with confusing plots that go for about three hours. anyway have a good return to frankfurter and say something in german please. love from kate |
| 26th July 2008 Ellie Annear | - From: Nearly at the end of our tour Hahahahahaha. That was very funny. Good to see that Roger is living up to our silly expectations! Those jerseys look great...but it looks like you've been wearing them every day...so I won't be touching yours when you come home ;). Hope you had a good birthday and we're all looking forward to seeing you (even Oishii misses you). Ellie |

| 24th July 2008 Karen | BE STILL MY HEART - From: Alp Huez Oh Rod, how fantastic to meet the mighty Phil Liggett in person - what a fantastic thing to be able to do - I just love that man!! I'm sure he was just thrilled with his shirt. Still got my fingers crossed that Cadel can pull this off - all the aussies are riding well - saw Stuart O'Grady out the front the other night working his butt off for his team - pity he is not on Silence Lotto for Cadel. Keep Yelling and keep safe. |

| 21st July 2008 Karen | YELLING FOR THE YELLOW - From: Team Liggett Hits Provence What a shame you missed the guys by 5 mins - they travel so fast it is scary - especially with all those spectators all over the road. Couple of speccy crashes in last night's stage - one a the big round-a-bout and then poor Pereira crashing over the guard rail. Do you guys get to catch up on the highlights at the end of the day? We need you to really yell now, so Cadel gets back the yell(ow) - oh I'm so funny I crack myself up - sure no-one else will laugh - oh well. Keep up the blog, sure I might have seen you a night or so ago. Cheers Karen |

Great happy snaps, and great legs - must be to ride up those mountain slopes. Just imagine the calfs you will have when you get back!! Keep cheering for Cadel - all of Oz wants him to win - bit worried about the rest of the Silence Lotto team though, didn't seem to protect him in Stage 12. Keep safe and enjoy. | 18th July 2008 Sharon McBRIDE | Go team liggett - From: Week One Down - Two to Go woo boys, I hope the bread/beer/tapas to cycling ratio stays in the negative.
