Arrived in Franfurt late yesterday after a huge day on the road seeing lots of motorways not very exciting but managed to pass the time by listening to oom pa music when we reached germany. We just met with Phil Liggett and got our photo taken with him he signed our jerseys and we presented him with one of his own Phil loved it. We spent yesterday in Carcossone checking out la cite and this morning on to Provence to see the tour wizz thru. We got stuck in a bit of traffic and then had a hard km ride over the luberon range to Bonnieux a great hill town that I visited with my family in 2002. It was hot 42 degrees and humid as hell. Luckily we only had a short stop before boarding another flight to Frankfurt. My travel partner Anthony Dean and I managed to stay sane and relatively fit after the two flights.Perth to Dubai was 11.5 hours on a seat designed by Boral Concrete mmmm very comfy. Next week we all fly out and meet at various points between Frankfurt Toulouse and Pamplona before all getting together at Arreux in south western France.
