My name is Mia, I'm 21 and hail from the fabulous city of Melbourne, Australia. From June until January 2007 I will be travelling around the beautiful & fascinating continent of Europe. Since August I have embarked on an exchange program in the small town of Jonkoping in Sweden. Whist studying there I intend on doing many trips throughout Europe as well as enjoying my time with the locals of Sweden and with the many fabuous exchange students. Hopefully this blog will provide you with some valueable (and obviously not too personal) insights into my experiences whilst I am away.

3rd last week in Jonkoping - DEVASTATING! So what happened this week? Monday started off as another busy week of study and recovery. Literally did absolutely nothing with my day - just stuck in the ghetto, I did attempt to leave but really who can resist spending a day in this glorious place. Only three more weeks left until everyone leaves Jonkoping. Devastating! So what has been happening over on our side of town? Unfortunetly not a lot this week. The snow has arrived! Welcome to week 11 in Jonkoping. Or as I refer to it ‘The week I woke up and BAM the place was covered in snow’. Honestly at times this week has felt like a dream. Ahhh Week 7 now. And what a boring blog this well be. I won't even go into much detail about Monday and Tuesday because really it is the same shit constatly. Go to uni, winge about how there is nothing to do in Jonkoping and go a little bit nuttier each week. In happier news I think Clare has been driven to the brink of insanity and Marcus got arrested (no surprise!).
