| 31st July 2008 Alexandra Christy | small world we live in - From: Triora Well hello- I laughed out loud. Here I am doing a bit of research on Triora, Italy. I spoke with my neighbors yesterday about our upcoming trip to Italy and they told me the name of the village that they own two flats in. As I was scanning the many different things written about Triora I stumbled on this blog. As I was reading it I realized that you are Jenny's parents. I'm the Alexandra that lives two houses down from Martin, Jenny and Elliot. Small world indeed. We had such a nice time with you guys when you came to our house for our Memorial cookout. As a matter of fact, I just got the sweet potatoe salad recipe with the curry from my mom and gave it to Jenny this mornig. My mother, Debbie, says sorry that she did not get it to you sooner and she would like to share another recipe of hers with you. Well back to my research. We have not yet found all of the places in Italy that we wish to travel to next year, but this has been helpful to me. You now have my email and I would love to hear ffrom you. Thanks, Alexandra |

Thank you so much for sharing this with us. I'm impressed that you put all this together so well. Pastor Terry, let us know when you preach in "your" pulpit as pictured, and we'll make every effort to be there. Susan, I'm surprised you haven't mentioned learning to prepare gelatto! Blessings to you. Becky |

| 19th June 2008 shannon | fyi- A place to see.... - From: Still Madrid My husband travelled around europe and said you should take a short train ride to Toledo. It's an in-tact walled medievil town that he said was one of his favorite places in Spain. FYI, It's the town El Greco lived in and as a result it has a lot of his art. Toodles! |

| 18th June 2008 Jennie | Elliot's escalator ride? - From: Still Madrid Elliot has not mentioned any escalator adventures to us -- is there something we should know!? Maybe that explains why, when I told him about your escapades with the escalator at the Atlanta airport, he got a very concerned look on his face and said 'Oh no, I'm really worried about Nonna!' Hope you get the photos working soon -- I want to see that paella! Love you! |
