Hi. It´s day 1 of the World Junior Surf Champs in Playa Venao, Panama. Today they started with the boys under 16 / 18´s. Melodie´s heat will be tomorrow. Me I am sitting in the departure lounge of San Jose Airport, Costa Rica as I couldn´t get into Panama with my passport which expires next month. They require a 6 month passport so I was turned back at the border between Costa Rica and Panama which was more like El Paso. Anyway more details later on the adventures of travelling. Tomorrow is our last day in Costa Rica and we will be travelling by bus to Playa Venao in southern Panama for the WJSC World Junior Surf Champs from April 14th to 22nd . Melodie has been surfing really good lefties here in Pavones and tomorrow we will go by boat to the other side to Mato Palo to try out some righties. Hi, it´s Easter Sunday and no sign of the easter bunny over here, hope you got your yummy chocolate easter eggs :) translation courtesy of google :) Hola, es Domingo de Resurrección y ningún signo de el conejito de pascua por aquí, espero que tenga su delicioso chocolate, huevos de pascua :) We have been having some tropical rainfalls lasting up to a couple of hours, everything stays humid not like in Fuerteventura where you hang something out and in no time it is dry. It´s about 30ºC during the day as it is not so sunny and at night maybe about 26º, just heard a roll of thunder. Ya teníamos nuestras tarjetas de embarque a San José así que nos dirigimosdirectamente a la seguridad y la dirección de RSU puertas de la Terminal 4 delaeropuerto de Madrid Barajas. Tuvimos que tomar un tren y se sorprendieron con la distancia que necesitamos para viajar, por lo que una palabra de consejo"tiempo suficiente". Escaleras mecánicas y pasillos con el tiempo nos ha traído a nuestra puerta y haber R16 comprobar los DETALLES DE vuelo lo que podríaestablecerse para el desayuno. Un contratiempo de última hora y fue a bordo de todas las manos para reparar la tabla corta de Melodie el día antes de la salida. Shannon a pesar del hecho de que él se está recuperando de una fractura en la pierna, con valentía dio a la tarea. Así que hacia el aeropuerto de Puerto con las maletas y listo para funcionar. El vuelo fue de 45 mns tarde, pero no era problema, ya que se alojaban en Madrid con nuestro vuelo a San José, Costa Rica dejando al día siguiente.
