Interesting to read your thourghts on Auschwitz, I really wanted to go but didn't get there. Visited two camps Dachow (the very first) where I was fortunate to meet and speak to a surviver and another which made me feel physically sick.
Where are you now?
Hey, this just takes me back to 2000 when I was there at the service - I loved every second and I could not help but think what it would have been like floating on a boat knowing that you would be sent off just before dawn... I am getting ready to do it all again in 2015 - once is not enough for me!
Bon Voyage ! Hi guys,
Just a small note from the Weavers wishing you a ripper of an adventure. Having done a similar "unplanned" trip (although ours was within the confines of Australia, and for not quite so long), we know very well the thrill of anticipation you must be feeling right now, and can assure you that there will be unexpected delights at almost every turn.
All the best for a safe and exciting adventure, and we look forward to reading about your travels here.

Thanks for joining our blog.
As you know Stephen and I have been married for a year now, and we're homeless, unemployed and are heading off around the world March 31st 2008. We're taking on the world continent by continent. What the trip holds we're really not sure. But please stay tuned for stories of our fun and adventures. ... full info
