the title well id like to proudly present the honoured title of jolly green to your rob! look after it well :) (yes way behind on the blog reading. ill have read them all on your return though!
So you guys go away, travelling all over........... to look at ants???? what the hell? Im worried guys. and hehe your feet are whiter than mine, makes a change
White Feet & Cliffs Hi Steph could you tell where your white feet ended and the cliffs started, sound like fun walking up in the warm sunshine and warm streams and with entertaiment provided by ants what more could you want, nothing like the white cliffs of dover than??!!
Hey chucks, sounds like your really enjoying turkey, must say you have sold it to me, sounded poop before that. Sounds like you stayed in a really nice place. Finally extending the food habits are we? HEHEHE rob your looking very brown on some of your pictures.
cats cats cats The day at the beach sounded wonderful especially as the weather getting cooler here. You certainly seem to attract cats! Now when you get home if you wanted a pet - a cat would be better than a ra....sorry, didn't mean to be insensitive.

duckie and friend I could make loads of comments of a cultural kind but i'll leave that to others and just say it was lovely to se Duckie again.
Love mumxxxxxxx
Duckie??? One thing I have noticed is that most people are really friendly and very willing to help. That comes across all the time.
The other thing is whatever has happened to dear old Duckie? Please refer to him in your next blog.
Love mumxxxxxxxxxx
there and back As I read this blog you have just left IstaNbul and I know that 2 weeks later you are back there again. These blogs are well out of date. Come on you two, try a bit harder to please your public!! only joking )
Duckies Demise Great concern is being expressed at Duckies Demise, has he gone on holiday on his own, has he left you for another, has he found a soul mate, or is he lost in Europe somewhere, or worse still left in a hostel to his own devices?? Do we need to contact the international Red Cross to find Duckie
Izmir here I come! ( but not likely to be by a bus...!) Stob, this place sound absolutely lovely - nice and traditional. Your description conjurs up a magical picture - thank you! Keep up the good work you two - what an amazing array of experiences you are getting by doing things this way. It has to beat the 'hotel and organised trips' way of doing things that so many tourists follow. Talk again soon, love, Irene. xxx
Running off with women 1979, Istanbul. We drove there. Interestingly someone got hold of Diane and me in broad daylight and chatted but then started to direct her away from me. I just laughed but she got worried and shouted and then so did I and she got released. It clearly has not changed!
Topkapi (film) You'll have to watch that film which is quite good from the 1960's. Arthur Simon Simpson (Peter Ustinov) and gentleman crook (Maximilian Schell) try to steal the emerald-encrusted dagger of the Ottoman sultans from Istanbul's Topkapi Museum where it is exposed for tourists to admire.
Sounds agreat place to be, so different to your earlier experiences in eastern europe, could do with trying the smoking waterpipes and this might make watching the Boro a bit better at the moment, keep on with the blogs look forward to the next
Oh he is sooooooo cute the way hes looking at rob /or the food Darko if you want to emigrate there is a home for you with me! That little kitten is SO cute tooo man i love cats!
Playing with stray dogs thats an intresting past time!?! The place looks great and its wonderful your meeting such nice ppl whereever you go, apart from totally ignorant americans of course!
busy busy Istanbul sounds like one hectic, overcrowded but fascinating place. You will be adding to their tourist trade with your descriptions and experiences.
Sonds like a must, especially as you will have worked out strategies of dealing with the local traders!.
Seen one....... So you enjoyed the castle did you Steph, despite always saying 'Seen one, seen them all!' We visited Pembroke castle recently and LOVED it because it had everything a castle should have - though not an execution stone!!
Like the sound of the marmite sandwhiches though.

you should definitely do one of the weekend desert tours. they seem quite expensive comparatively but it's well worth it.
and go to fez if you get the chance. i loved it there. oh yeah, and you'll be ill the WHOLE time you're in morocco if my experience was anything to go by!
ideal holiday spot Bucharest does not exactly fit the bill as the ideal holiday spot. Thanks for being there so we don't have to!
That's not fair of course as there will be a beautiful side....somewhere.
Love mum
