the backpacker in us all - From: Enroute To Tafroute
Hi Stob-thanks for your blogs - bringing out the traveller that lurks in some of us but is hidden by the daily necessity of earning to live. St..f that - as I read more of your adventures and travel to places, there is a slowly growing and steadily more irresitable urge to don the backpack and set off in search of new and wonderful( or not!) places and people. Itīs scary but attractive - Iīll tell H itīs your fault when he comes home from work to find we are on a flight to the depths of Morroco and the Aftas beach! Keep your spirit of adventure within you-never let it go. xxx Irene

Video / Skype Conference - From: Fish Frisbee
Liked the video of the fish. I realised that I had not spotted videos before and found the one of the traffic policeman with the whistle and furious arm waving, and then the one with the goats from way back. It was good to get the Skype Conference call which included Richard today (he got broadband installed only yesterday). Amazing to think we connected up Chelmsford, St. Annes and an internet cafe somewhere hear Agadir! Keep looking after each other. Dad C xx

Sagrada Familia - From: Oogling Gaudi
I don't think it'll be completed in any of our lifetimes, they just seem so laid back about doing any work on it! In one of the metro stations nearby there is a big poster on wall / ceiling showing the current spires and how high the main spires are meant to be. They dwarf the current structure. Personally i don't really like it.. but still think it's cool :)

Anyhooooooo, tara!

memories - From: A Bit Of Spanish Sun
Hi Stob! Just reading your 3 blogs about Barcelona had me going back to our adventures in that beautiful city. The fountain in your photo was the first thing we saw when we emerged from the Metro after leaving our hotel. It was our first trip out and we were heading for the Ramblas. It is a rather large city and I remember getting very tired feet by the end of an afternoon! Will comment further as we gt into the weekend - thank you for nicely detailed emails! Take care, Irene xxx
