nice,and funny
Hey, you guys! i am sitting back in Lux, green with envy for your travels. I had more than a fair share this year, but you two put everybody's voyages to shame. Keep up the writing whenever you can, I love the funny narrative and think it is Chris's humor - not that you Agi are not funny - you are hillarious! he he. I am about to read the other four or five blogs you posted. Cheers! lAWRENCE

Mount-Sinterklaas
Hi, nice to hear every now and then a story written by one of you. So different. We celebrated Judith's birthday. Quite surprised you phoned. Perfect! Sinterklaas did arrive in the Netherlands last weekend. We will miss you. Have a nice happening on top of one of the mountains on your own. Where to buy surprise gifts?! Next weekend I am "invited" to bring DOBB from Amsterdam to Belt-Schutsloot to replace the present motor by a much stronger one for more impressive tours in the canals of Amsterdam. Last week Jenny was teaching a group of 40 people how to prepare a perfect high-tea. Next week the father of Judith will go to the hospital for a rather big surgery. And the birthday of Jenny is getting closer but she is not able to present her wish-list yet. So, I have the feeling I kept you posted of what is going on over here. Enjoy! Until .........

Atomium rules !!!
Fewer balls and not nearly as shining... try again ;-) Do like the fondue though, any chance of bringing one home? Not that I don't like the gulyas every time, you know I do, but you should definitively share these cultural experiences ;-)

Wow!
Guys, I am impressed! What interests me is: do they soeak English there? And how did you make all this route in Monglia? Do they have this organized for tourists - to live in these gers, horse riding, etc. And was it warm enough teghre inside gers? And how do local people make hygiene staff? Without shower and much water available? Well, now you can imagine me sitting in a warm office in Moscow and writing all these stupid questions :))) So hope to hear from you soon, safe and happy!

who all are jealous of you
Hi there, We have seen the pictures and it is really great. Lake Baikal does me remind me of Lake Mead in the US, also very impressing. Over here everything is going more or less smoothly. Grandmothers house has not been sold yet, but that is not a surprise these days. Last weekend to the sauna together with brother HJ and Annie. we have sent the details of your travelblog to Karin and Helenus de Reus. Berthold and I will be sailing in december once again. so also a little bit of fun. Keep sending pictures, as they are very nice . Take care and hopefully we will have a message a bit earlier than indicated in a previous message. XXXXX MaPa

news from the east?!
You should have had your coffee by now and hopefully it was drinkable and hot. What about your feet: are they fit for use again?! If not, take a bath or go for a short diving experience in the neighbourhood. Did you like the trip by train so far:comfortable, I presume, and relaxing in a quiet atmosphere and no complaints about hygiene. Irkutsk is comparable to......a prairie town, but in Russian style. No big stories to tell from our side. The postman is bringing lots of envelopes. not opened yet. Need to?! Berthold and Judith are about to return from the US, so.... We are looking forward to the next story from your side With love etc. PA/MA

That train possably couldn't have been worse than the one in Romania (remember the toilet Chris...) ! Everything looks very recognisable, read: relaxed! So maybe you should start a listing of all the top bars around the world. Or maybe a listing of the top dicks of famous people... On second thought, just stick with the bars ;-)

Herr Lawrence von Luxembourg
We've had one minor complication: a renovation of the hostel itself, so we had 5 minutes before a wall of the so-called 'computer-room' was torn down.... And actually right now we're scrambling to go to 'Russian only' b-day party of an old friend of mine (FYI Chris is typing). As we slept at her place, we already had the chance to taste the homemade horseraddish flavored vodka with breakfast... So right now we're scrambling to go to her place ;) poor us...

nightlife is not your thing
Nice hearing from you. I am however a little alarmed at your health. What can such a short visit do a lot of harm to the your body. Nice hair you got anyway! We are curious about your next message Pa/Ma (is in Limburg by the way)

Not enough!
Hi Guys! did the russina break your fingers?! This is not enough! A blog is mean tto be a place where one can write for free and freely. I can't believe these were the only impressions you had, unless (a) broken fingers, (b) internet is still scarece in Russia (c) you are partying more than you should, he he! Just kidding... keep it up, try to write more, when you can. Love to see you are enjoying the trip already. Looking forward to your next blog update! Lawrence von Luxembourg
