I´m not usually one for getting up early on a Sunday but this one was an exception. We were going to go to a car show organised by the Club del Automoviles Antiguos del Peru. Gonzalo had spent most of Saturday polishing his Mercedes and I was hoping that I might see a Mini or two. Gonzalo and his brother, Jose, arrived to pick us up and we set off on our way to Plaza Mayor in the centre, stopping on the way to register and check out some of the other cars. Once we arrived at the square everyone parked up and eventually the whole square was filled with cars.
