| 26th December 2007 Em | merry ho ho - From: Placencia Hi and happy christmas! sounds like you've had no trouble adjusting to life down there. Just one word of advice: apparently its a no no to bike on the boardwalk! (Placencia's main street). We went x-country skiing yesterday with Cedar in a blizzard up on our trails. Down here in sooke it was pouring rain. Was good to get a feel of winter if only for a few hours. Had a huge feast with Tony and Kyla in town last night too. Tomorrow we're off to the cabin for a few days but will be in touch when we're back on Sunday. Keep having a great time - i'm sure there's no shortage of things to keep you entertained.
