Ah! I love the photos, I just miss your witty, informative narratives. That being said, I'm happy you're experiencing these travels fully. In my humble opinion, bloggers that stop frequently to record events often miss other events. Life it up! Your faithful readers will have to be patient and wait until you're home. Great write up.
Arguably, one of the South Pacifics' most beautifull travel destinations is Vanuatu, it is a stunning country both culturally, and geographically, so diverse with a myriad of thingsto do, but in the end it is the memories of the local people that we all remember when travelling. ok, so i'm going to take this opportunity to comment on a blog i haven't previously viewed before others! i'm reading this at work and loving the pictures. i wish there was a 'Like' button, like on facebook, b/c i would 'like' all of them! you need to change your profile pic to the last one posted on here. it's pretty legit. or of the one of you and justin. =) also, the kookaburra made me want to bust out in song...do you know which one i'm talking about? ok...i'm planning on calling you later this evening after my workout session at the rec. love you! -b

ice cream lovin' goons...it runs in the family
well, i'm catching up on your blogs today AND i got mail from you today! So i'm all in "island mode" and feel like i'm right there with ya experiencing all your fun stories. so, i wanted to comment on the one with the "ice cream truck" but the internet was messing up and wouldn't let me. and now your talking about ice cream again so just wanted to say i'm sorry to hear about your ice cream drought and was just thinking my brother and father would not last on your island. forget water and food. they'd die from starvation of ice cream. dad gave it up for lent this year and was taking zach back to the airport on easter sunday afternoon and sure enough, he made a pit stop on his way home just for ice cream. well, hope you enjoyed all your luxuries!

Sher! Wow what an adventure! I love reading your blog and finding out about what you are up to. It's sad to think I won't get to see you for a long time, but I am fascinated by your experience. Sometimes even living with rats and taking cold showers sounds more appealing that hanging out in a classroom full of U.S. teens who have gradually been corrupted by our western world.
