Hey Whitey! My folks are in Seattle right now, fresh off their trip to Alaska. They mentioned that there was a friedn of their son's who had just moved to the region. Glad you made it in one piece. You covered some major ground in five days. I hear that firearms are generally unnecessary around bears. They respond better if you just throw your little pic-a-nic basket at them, so they can meander through your honey and daisies and whatnot. But to each his own.

sedona is amazing!
only been there once...you will have some amazing photos for sure! lots of shopping for jewerly and cheesy gifts. there should be some great hiking and i've heard there are some crazy people there...can't wait for the update!

Hey Shane:I have Really missed all your colorful updates! Glad to hear you found a place to call home in Oregon. My Dad and family live just outside of Portland. My sister owns a restaurant there as well. Its called The Paradox Cafe. Its vegan. I have it first hand that Oregon is quite awesome. Take care and I hope we get to see you when you visit S.A.
