Hello Shakirah :) I have been to Iran. I think, what the media dont show is everyday life in Iran, but I have no doubt that there is also more to Iran than the everyday things we saw when we were there. Thanks to the more reputable news bodies(and some other information sources), we can get a clue what about what was hidden from us when we visited Iran. Mel

really cool my family is from yazd and i go there every summer and, well ya, i have been to most of the places you are talking about and, arent those cookies good =) i brought some back to cali with me with much diffuctly but it was worth it =) hahahah...

Hi Andrew! Well, all I can say is that you are in for an extremely HUGE surprise when you do get to visit Iran in a month. Lots of things to see and do, it's like being in a totally different world. And I'm sure you will capture lots of great moments, so have fun! Shakirah.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your Iranian experience with the world. I Plan to be in Iran within a month or such. Your writing has increased my anticipation and for this i say thank you. My mother traveled to Iran twice when she was younger and had only good things to say, along with many great stories. Im an Australian Photographer who lived in Malaysia recently for 6 months with some close friends of mine (Melawati, Kalang valley) . Iran offers me a unique opportunity to capture a truly beautiful country. good luck with your life. -Andrew
