( "LET THERE BE LIGHT" and there was light) Hi ! i would like to thank the Project MARC for the heart to rise the sun one more time in this part of Santo. People of this part of west Santo will receive the sun light and they will breath fresh air again after so much year without any health facility close by.
I pray that The Almighty above will bless Project MARC as they continue to help those who are in need.
Champion You truly are a 'hero bloke' (ette). Loved the read but sad to learn that you didn't like the food. Hmmm... If you had the opportunity to do it again, would you???
Whoa! Whoa Seamus! Sounds like you somehow you keep making progress in spite of all the 1-step up / 2-steps back scenarios. The progress is impressive, but what's more impressive is your spirit! Glad to know that about you - it's an inspiration. I've got a spare bedroom in Guatemala when you're ready to take a break.

A Great Collaboration Rapha, what you and the people of Vanuatu are doing is amazing. Just like Mortensen. But he ran into a millionaire donor. Your work also needs to be funded, worry-free. Know any millionaires or billionaires?
So much love,
mom
Happy Campers??? Hmmm, by the looks on some of their faces, I wouldn't think that there was a contract agreement. I'd love to know the in's and out's of the contract issues. But YOU certainly look happy! Many blessings,
Love and prayers,
mom
Majestic Indeed! Glad to hear the new projects are coming along... Can't wait to be a part of it next summer. On a side note - am I the only one that has noticed - (with the passing of every new blog) - Frank appears to be morphing into a Captain Jack Sparrow? Enjoy the wet season...thinking of ya in Canada! Andrea
A Double-Portion of Generosity Thanks so much for this entry. Now I have a better understanding of the photos you sent. The communal effort in building the dispensary is wonderful. And, I'd love to meet Joseph Mape!

Nathan, Corinne has kept me up to date on your adventure and I so enjoyed reading your blog and seeing the wonderful pictures. You certainly seemed happy and I would assume your experiences have changed your heart in many ways. I remember you as a small boy swimming with me in Corinne's pool. It's touching to see you touch lives and make a difference in the world.....thank you for what you've done in Vanuatu. Love, Susan (Corinne's friend from Indiana).
A Double-Portion of Generosity Hey, Nathan, loved reading about your first 8 days. Can hardly wait to hear the rest. What a fabulous experience you must be having. We're so happy for you.
Much love,
marty and bert
Thanks for the great jobs
Thank you for the great job you have done in the area of Big Bay saving the life of so many people living in this area.
I really appreciate your job therefore would like to meet up with the team somtimes in the future for similar services.
I am from Pessena, but I live and study in Auckland New Zealand.
Could you please acknowledge my email so we can keep in touch as I have few questions to ask the team.
Best regards,
Kevin
Wish I was there... Well mate, you're in the deep end again and regrettably I can't be there with you. I'll make up for it on our next MARC Project. Keep up the good work and stay safe.

Unbelievable Well, it certainly sound and looks like paradise. I understand the inspiration but where do you guys get the energy? The pictures tell the story beautifully.
Plug in Talk to Tank, the Operator, and have him upload all languages into your brain in a matter of seconds. Then you can sit up and say in a retarded Neo voice... "I know Spa-nish. And French." haha
Proud of you man. Be safe!
How did you all find this site? Hey readers...I sure do seem to get a lot of hits for this blog so I assume that it is posted somewhere that directs people here. If anyone could comment on where that might be I´d be greatly appreciative. Seamus.
You had to be there Ah the memories. How awesome is that place? - Way!
The photos really took me back.
And of course, thanks for the shout out! :D

Inspiring Seamus you & your volunteers do an amazing job.
The pictures add to the story as they say a picture tells a thousand words .
Enjoy your work .
The current endeavor has me working as a director for a small humanitarian aid organization. Project MARC is a non-governmental organization that provides medical assistance to remote communities in island nations. The projects we do range from building clinics to installing water systems to vaccinating children.
This website will serve as a log of my activities and will hopefully allow people to observe the projects while they happen. If you scroll down to some of last year's journal entries, you can see some of the places I've been privileged enough to visit. ... full info
