hello - From: Day off and Spactic Children's school
I'm glad you got some down time and were able to rest. It's tough going so much. I wonder why they call the kids "spastic". It is kind of a funny word. Hope to see you soon!

Hey, Sarah worry I haven't emailed lately. I've been busy with end of the year stuff and packing up the room. The school is awesome. You look so cute with the fourth graders. I hope everything is going well. You are still in my prayers. Love in Christ Hope :)

What an interesting day learing about all the schools and how they are run! Loved the pictures. Brooke requests more pictures with Sarah in them. She said where is a picture of "my Sarah"? She also wants to tell you that she is watching Little Bear. Troy is in Dallas for the night so we are having a slumber party.

The Sophia museum must has been fabulous seeing the mosiacs. Wow! The fish looked yucky with the head still attached. You are so brave! I hope it tasted good. You have had to have such an open mind. You are awesome. It sounds as if everyone is getting tired and ready to come home. Soon, very soon. Just day dream of that fabulous spa resort. I looked it up on line - it's incredible! It will be well worth the wait once you get there. I love seeing your pictures and reading your blog. Hang in there and have fun. Love ya!

1/2 way done already - From: Dıstrıct Conference
Sarah, I know it is hard to believe but your experience is already half way over. Another two weeks and you can have all the home cooking (or McDonald's if you prefer) you want. Sometimes you have to go very far away to appreciate the things you have every day and take for granted. It is probably stressful and inconvenient at times, but I'm sure when you look back years from now, you wouldn't trade this adventure for anything. Give my best to all on the team and hang in there. We here back home are all so proud of our representatives over there.

Hello - From: Dıstrıct Conference
Sarah, I have enjoyed reading all your blogs. I talked to Ronnie just yesterday and said I haven't received one in a while. I know they are keeping you very busy there, and well fed! I wish I coud send you some crawfish or a delicious I Hop breakfast. What you are experiencing is great and will always be remembered. But I think there is no place like home. I wish you well and hope to see you soon. Erika

hello there - From: Lulubergez Day 2 and 3
Wow! You must have felt so important meeting the governor and the mayor. That is awesome! The cave looked incredible. I've only been to the Natural Bridge Caverns by New Braunfels. They are so neat, but a little spooky thinking how far underground you are. Maybe I can use some of the Turkish dancing for my workouts at 24. That would be hilarious! Can't wait to hear what you will be doing next! Have fun!

- From: Ederine Day 1
I tasted the lamb liver AND quit asking what thing are that are on 1my plate. I'd starve if I knew everything that I was eating. I will be so glad to have some "normal food"... no more cheese, cucumbers or tomatoes for breakfast!!!! I need steak and not processed meat! Its not that bad, but I will be glad to have some cold cereal and milk.

hi - From: Today I left Edirne
I'm so glad you are enjoying your new host family. You look really happy. I can't believe you have pink eye and had to go to the doctor in a foreign country. Hopefully you will be better soon. The Mardi Gras bead story was great. cute picture! I am reading your posts to Brooke and told her where you are. She said, "But Mommy, Sarah lives in Louisanna." I am going to show her on a map where Turkey is now. Have a great day. We are headed to gymnastics.

cracking up - From: Edirne Day 2
Okay, first I know that Ronnie would be cracking up about the grease wrestling. I'm glad you included pictures. I was imagining they were really big guys like Sumo wrestlers. Luckily you got something other than meatballs for dinner. You are going to be ready for some crawfish or a steak with Ronnie. I bet it was so neat to wear the scarf and go into the Mosque. I think I would have been a little nervous at first. The blog is great. I feel like I am there with you and I love the pictures. Keep having fun. We miss you, but continue to enjoy your trip. Like you said, you will probably never see these people again. Enjoy them and all the culture. Love ya!
