Ok, you put a group of 19-23 year olds in a student dorm in a city with cheap alcohol the result is clear. Living in Haus Erasmus has been one huge party. The people here are all so different but we all work so well together. You want to know everybody's story and you want great memories with these people. On friday my roommate arrived. His name is Graham and he's from Canada. From here we met every other person staying in our dorm. A lot of Americans and Canadians. Vienna is a beautiful city full of history and culture. Public transport is exceptional making it easy to get from one side of the city to the other. So I have finally arrived in Vienna. The flight was so long that I just woke up before thinking I was still on it. The flight from Adelaide to Sydney was smooth and I found the shuttle bus to take me from domestic to international pretty easy. Sydney airport was a good place to relax for three hours. What better way to kick off the whole farewell proceedings than with an Australia Day Hottest 100 Frontyard Cricket Bash. Whilst we suggested we didn't want to start drinking til after 11am we fell to temptation and stole one of Dad's light beers at 10:10am which then left us wanting to start on the full strength brews at 10:15am.
