My Haridwar experience
Needless to say, you got a bit more than I did at the Sadu-fest. I have Indian friends that I am travelling with, so I did get some explanations although there is still a bit of the language barrier. I am travelling with a woman and a man, so most of the time I am not harrassed, just gawked at. I did receive hearty welcomes from some Punjabi people there speaking great English (I seem to attrack people who want to talk to me in English). Your blog was hilarious and I included your link in my blog to my family - I hope that's ok.

Big Family Party
Hey, sorry to hear about your wet weather, but we have had our fair share of the damp and dismal stuff too. However on the day of the Big Family Party, at the spot occupied by Mother Duck and Pappa Bear, the sun shone big time!! Mother Duck's food was deeeeelishious and Pappa Bear provided copious amounts of Ringwood Bitter to wash it all down. What was missing? You!! Never mind, what a great excuse to have a re-run upon your return. If I were not so technophobically challenged I would have attempted to send you some photos of the Big Family Party. Sorry!! Keep having a great time and keep safe. Luv Your great uncle Snow

Are you perfectly sure that it was an earthquake and not just a side-effect of overdosing on the cocoa solids ? Well, either way, you're very lucky as it's been a very long time since the earth moved for me!!!! And a word of advice... just run DOWN the hills, it's a heck of a lot easier I find !! Love from us all xxxx
