Totally normal...
Yes, I think feeling overwhelmed is totally normal! I:m going through the same thing right now as I try to decide whether or not I want to re-contract. I have a lot of reasons to stay and a lot of reasons to go... and no one can really make my decision for me, which is the scary part. You just have to have some faith in yourself and in your ability to deal with whatever comes your way. You:ve gotten yourself this far, afterall!

Thanks a lot for the encouragement. I know it's been over a month but I did it and it's over and I have many positive and some negative things to say about it. However, I think it was something good, certainly a good decision to go. I guess my greatest fear has always been about change, and change is scary. I hope you can find your way soon and find the peace and assurance to make that decision. I'm sure you did wonderfully the first year already. I always thought you were a lovely girl and very enthusiastic about Japan.. hopefully we can all find the strength to mold ourselves to places we choose, no matter the hardship.
