Good Day We arrived in Delhi from Haridhwar at 12pm. After visiting Karol Bagh we retired to our hotel for the next leg of our travel. We had to get up early at 2.30am on Monday morning to get ready to be at the airport by 4.35am to catch our plane to Nepal which is an hour away from Delhi. Good Day Following on our journey from Delhi, we arrived at Haridhwar at 1600 hours about 8.5 hours by car. On arrival we checked in at the Sun Hotel about half a kilometre from the River Ganges. Haridhwar is at the base of the Shiwalk hills is a town of temples,ghats and ashrams.Its location at the point where the Ganges leaves the Himalayas to begin its journey across the plains, makes it a particularly holy place.
