Puerto Iguazu, Saturday 10th Yiippppyyyy arrived 37 hours later fully loaded with bags, wallets and gadgets all accounted for. We were booked in to stay at Hostel Inn ( http://www.hostel-inn.com/ ) (which is apparently awesome) but found out that Marcopolo Inn ( http://www.marcopoloinniguazu.com/ ) across the road from the station is the sister hostel accommodation there so swapped our booking , Really recommend this hostel, really clean, beautiful garden and pool, good breakfast and very helpful staff - 100%! And easy to get the bus to falls and to your next destination as the terminal i [View Full Entry]

Santiago Arrived safe and sound on the Wednesday 31st Sept way warmer than expected it must have been about 20 degrees yyyeeahhhhaaaa. It is really cool having the snow-capped Andes towering over the town, you can pretty much see them from everywhere, can wait to get closer. The town itself is pretty dirty and very smoggy but the hostel we are staying at, La Casa Rojer is great.( http://www.lacasaroja.cl/ ) Really big and clean - huge rooms, large common areas and awesome outside garden and pool area with bar. Hola Chile! After getting cleaned up we ventured out for a walk [View Full Entry]

After our year in Vancouver the time has come for us to move on - you know a still stone gathers moss or however that goes!!! So we flew out of Vancouver on the 26th September after a night of drinks with Al and Deb (needless to say a little hungover) and into Toronto and made our way to our hostel, The Clarence Castle ( http://www.clarencecastle.com/ ) which was rated the best hostel in Toronto, lucky for us it wasn't too expensive! First impressions were not the best, it didn't help that it was wet and grey and we were tired, [View Full Entry]
