Today (The first proper day of my visit to Thailand) we look a trip to the Grand Palace, home of the Emerald Buddha, here I saw the magnificent architecture of beautifully decorated Temples, this is a place where my photos unfortunately do not give it justice. We started off very traditionally by taking a Tuk-Tuk, and in order to respect their culture I had to hire a mans shirt to cover my shoulders whilst walking around the Palace. The shirt actually came in very useful, so I decided to keep it! Some, not all, of the Temples were painted in Gold.
