In December I went to Riga with Triin to see Iggy Pop & The Stooges concert. At first we didn't believe that he is actually coming to Riga , because it's so close to Tallinn . Like Iggy Pop! We went there by bus. It was too dark and cold to hitch-hike. Unfortunately. Monday We got to Riga at 10 pm. We had accomodation through CS (www.couchsurfing.com). EUROTRIP August 2006. Me and my formal classmate, Eva decided to go hitch-hiking in August. We wanted to go to Portugal. Unfortunately she couldn't come, so I asked Lynn to join me. Since we could be on the road only for two weeks, we planned our furthermost destination to be Paris, France. It was the first hitch-hiking experience outside of Estonia for both of us. The Adventure begins. LONDON, 20-26.06.2006 In the beginning of June we decided to take a trip to London, UK. We bought plane tickets for 5000 EEK (Estonian Kroon), which is about 160 € per face (including airport taxes). Thanks to a very popular website www.orkut.com we found ourselves accomodation. There are some communities in orkut for Estonians who live in foreign countries. Lynn decided to contact some Estonian girls, who live in London and we paid them just for water and gas.
