hi there you kids Hi Tracy and Rob,
it is great that you can see my travels and email me though this site. I am still in the lovely land of Thailand, i was only ment to be here for a few days to get me Cambodian visa, but i got all court up in the Southern Islands and will now have to do a visa run to Malaysia so that i can stay here another 30 days, where does the time go?
I am having a much better time here, then in India, i think it was just a little bit too hard for a girl on her own. But it has made me stronger, and i now looking back on it would not change the experience, well maybe the sleezy men.
I love meeting new people and traveling to new places, it is almost sad then we arrive to our new place, as i seem to like the journey more.
Hope that all is well in the land of England? Any more news about the move to France?
I heard that Sarah's birthday thing went well. I was really sad to have missed it as it was her 30th, but i am sure that i can find her some kind of present along the rd to make up for it.
Miss all you guys more then i ever thorght possible, but still loving the life on the road.
Love to all, Robin xoxoxoxo

land of the tigers Hi Chicken,
thanks for the posting, i hope that you can figure it all out and that it does not scare you too much all this internet computer stuff!!! I am now in Sri lanka, and feel like it is a compleatly different world to India, i have seen women showing their legs!!! and even couples being openly affectionate...i know what is the world comign too???
I am now on the south coast, stayign in the nicest hotel, which i can only afford as it is off season, which means monsoon rains and now surfing, the surfing is on the east coast now, which is total no go area, in reguards to the tiger troubles.
I like it here, but am finding it kinda hard to get used to having more freedom, kinda. I even wore a skirt this moring which felt very strange.
I hoep that you are doign well, and i hear that you are having a big Bar BQ for you 30th birthday. I am so sorry that i will be missing it. But i think i will be in Vietnam or somewhere by then, so i will be sure to at least try and ring you. Fingers crossed.
Take care and i miss and love you heaps.

hi from the land of the Tigers Hi there Sarah and Dai,
well i have left India, which feels very strange. I was there not nearly long enough to see and do all the things that i wanted to do, but i did have some amazing time, and met some really cool other travelers. I loved finshing up my time in Pondicherry. We spent 1 week there, staying in the French quarter and stayign in the nicest old colnial house. The man owned the house/s was a doctor and in the evenings he would come and talk with us about Indian politics and history and even read my palms, all good things were said. I just loved it and even managed to speak abit of French to the locals who all speak it!!! A lovely town which is unlike anything else i experienced in India.
I am now in Sri Lanka and it is just a totally different world. It is taking some getting used to. I have seen woman showing skin!!! and having physical contact with men in public...what is the world comign too???i am on the south coast now and all the locals here are surfers, but the is the wrong season for surf down here, it is now on the east coast, which is a total no go area...that kinda sucks and so does the monsoon rain which hit us hard last night, flooding out my room, but it is all drying now so hopfully i will not have such a wet bag on the morrow.
I am doing ally well and have met so many nice travelers along the way, i can only hope that it all continues this way for south east asia, as i have a feelign oz and nz will be a breeze after my time in India.
Let me know all the gossip and the craic of what is happening in the land of sta travel? how you crazy kids are doing? Are there any new bands i should be getting involved with over here?
Kisses to you and thanks for the posting

Tell us a bit about yourself... this information will appear on your page. Hi there, i am about to leave the Sunny Isles of the UK and embark on a really long road, train, bus, boat and a few planes kind of a trip. My first stop will be in India where it is now 42oc in the shade!!! I am meeting a mate in Bombay and then doing the southern coast, so lots of beaches and tea plantations to be seen. Then onto Sri Lanka to do some surfing and see some Elephants, the Indo China Loop is next, i am particularly intrested in Cambodia and Vietnam and their shockingly violent recent history. Then into th... full info
