Hey everyone!! My stay at Rio had finally come to an end - am leaving tomorrow on the night bus for Ouro Preto, just for a few days on the way to Salvador! Hey everyone!! Been in Rio for 5 days now and was actually planning on leaving today but the weathers been so bad so havent really been able to see much as sights like sugarloaf are apparantly only worth seeing when the weather is good! So I was thinking about staying longer as the weathers supposed to get better starting tomorrow but wasnt really sure if i could afford to stay here as Brazil is sooo expensive that i decided a while ago id get out of Brazil asap! Hello everyone!! Had the best time on Ilha Grande! Stayed there from Sunday until yesterday morning (Friday)! The weather was horrible on Monday so didnt really do much, just hung around with people in the hostel and watched the Germany v Austria game! Hey!! OK... now for the last part! :o) .... Well im now travelling solo and loving it! Richard wanted to go and visit a friend, and it wasnt somewhere were I was really keen to go especially as it was further down south so even colder and we had decided to start heading north to Rio! Phil was going to go straight to Rio but I decided I didnt want to go with him! Hello again! :o) OK.... now for the Argentinien side! We arrived at our hostel in Argentina at midday on Thursday! It was still pouring with rain and the weather forecast looked better for Friday so we decided to postpone doing the waterfalls until then! The hostel was absolutely massive (240 beds!!) which was cool so there was lots to do and there were cheap dinner buffets every evening which was also really handy as the hostel was quite far away from town and we also didnt want to go out in the pouring rain again! Hello!! :o) Sorry for the delay (again!!) - havent had much internet access the last few days but will make up for it now!! :o) We left Sao Paulo on Tuesday afternoon and took the bus up to Foz do Iguazu! Hello everyone!! Sorry I havent written in awhile but things have been quite hectic here and unfortunately the internet isnt free here! Our flight over here was really fun - lots of films and games etc to pass the time and managed to sleep a bit! We landed at 6am and got to our hostel about 9:30am!
