Interesting I accidentally came across your page... It's interesting reading what you've said about the places you visited, as I live across from Arran and all the places you mention are really quite familiar to me... it's always facinating to here other people's thoughts and observations on your local area where every experience is totally new. You put it all in a very interesting way too.
They've replaced her with a Robo-Heidi! Wow, Italy must have been some place to have made this sort of imprssion on you! I've been catching up on your live journals (partly to procrastinate during finals =P), and its evident how much you love it there. Will Ann and I even be able to recognize you when you get back? ;) Maybe this "new you" will be good in motivating the two of us to play more Racquetball instead of slacking off like we usually do. - Ben
City of the Heart Florence is amazing. I've never felt like I've seen it enough, and I've been there three times. I'm glad that you're having a great time.
Enjoy!!

Side trip from Florence If you can get it in, a couple of hours side trip to Pisa is worth the time. You can go to the tower and baptistry. They are magnificent. That's all I would add to the itinerary.
Have a great trip. - Jane
You've hit upon it The experience with the four women is so much a part of travel in Europe and the UK. I had many experiences like that and now count them as some of the most intimate of my travels. I'm glad that you are really letting yourself experience this trip. I can't wait to hear more from you when you get back. - Jane
Adventures for a Lifetime I'm so glad that you're having such a wonderful time -- even with your music.:-) It is incredible also to hear you intend to go back, not to make this a one time shot. That's fabulous!
I hope that your Easter trip is going well. Hey, if you get a chance and have the cash could you pick me up a postcard from the places you travel? My niece collects postcards and it would be great to give her some from Europe. Let me know.
You'll have all summer to tell me about your adventures. When you come back you'll have to come over for dinner.
Enjoy yourself!!

I was born in Colorado, raised in Alaska, and have spent the past few years in Washington. I'm digging into the Tacoma scene, trying to hook up with other artists. I'm mustering the courage to leave my hated office job (and its attendant health insurance) for a job pulling beer for the masses, which will hopefully allow me more time to make art, garden, cook, and wander the streets of this awesome city. Next up: fishing in AK next summer.... full info
