Happy Canada Day from Oz. And here's to your parents' 60 years and counting...a milestone so much rarer in this age of commitment not often for life. I rate myself Aussie through and through...but our family's connection to Canada is stronger than any foreign clime. My paternal grandmother was the first woman to graduate in medicine in Newfoundland. My maternal great uncle stowed away on a ship as a lad and spawned in Canada. And our son is very much a resident of Toronto. Yep...Happy Canada Day Sal...we even celebrate it Down Under!

This IS the antithesis to the RAT race for sure!
I miss you guys the minute I left your home. Funny you should call this "Goodbye Rat Race, Hello Ocean". I felt that when shopping on Sunday June 26, the day after Ava's party. I got this sense strong of where I wish I were; and it was not at that Gloucester Centre Shopping Mall. :-) I thought of your family right then and there ,and fell the sinking feeling of the 'Rat' race. And missed you even more. Imagine that! lol I am holding you down to that Margarita by the ocean for me (as per usual request. (I need to come up with a new one.like would you go horseback riding by the sea for me too.!?) Enjoy the sun, the food, the fam, the all and the lack of the Rat race. xo

I will have 2 for you Zully! We miss you too...there are no rats here, just big kids having fun! I can't guarantee I'll end up on a horse here but crazier things have been known to happen! :)
