A shuttle service was supposed to pick me up at 720 in Hollywood. I called them at 730 and they said they had no record of me but that they would pick me up at 8 AM. At 830 I had to freak out and get a cab. You must understand I had a 10AM flight and it takes 40 minutes to get to LAX. I was none to happy. We got in yesterday afternoon and I spent the day walking the beach. There are a lot of surfers and I am considering trying it this afternoon. There is a pretty good strip of bars on a local street around here so thats where we went last night. The day started out rough we were to be picked up at 630 AM. After a late night at Margaritaville I was tired. But the trip was great. We learned a lot of the Las Vegas area away from the strip and then saw the Hoover Dam. The dam is about an hour away from Vegas and then we crossed the border into Arizona. First we walked down to the river to see the flooding water. The street was blocked and there were people rafting. The airport in Newport News is ridiculously small so there wasn't much going on there. I finally got into Atlanta around 330 and Brian and I went straight to a bar called The Bullpen next to Turner Field. It's real uncomfortable in Atlanta.
