From Zamorano, a university that is a country within a country... Yup, so I had a wonderful tropical x mas on utila. I'm still here, just chilling out because it is time for that. There are lots of good people, and I was fortunate enough to have good friends all around me for x mas. On xmas eve, the europeans celebrate, so we were planning on going out. Here i am, made it to utila. It's a really cool little island with lots of tourists, parties, and diving. When I got here, I came with a few people I met on the boat, and we all went to this dive shop. The guy was cool, and he told us about what he offerred. We all signed up with him. It was the biggest class he'd ever had, with 19! We spent late nights studying diving, long times under the water, but now I'm a certified open water diver! Well, lately I have been getting quite off the beaten path. After spending three weeks in belize I finally made it to Honduras. My final adventures in Belize: I went to another caye, san pedro, which I didn´t like much at all. It was way too touristy. Plus a little more dear than my budget was liking! So I got out of there quick, and went to dangriga. I had to walk through the ghettoes of belize city--it´s mostly pretty ghetto, at least what I saw, sorry to say...anyway, dangriga was more relaxed.
