I am getting so lazy with the blog updates, sorry about that. It is just hard to find an internet connection and somewhere where I can plug in my camera, not always easy to find. Anyway I have found both so here goes... We landed in New York and finally found our hostel, which turned out to be right across from Central Park. The next morning we checked out Central Park and went to Times Square and went to M&M world (that was exciting). New York is crazy, there is just stuff going on all the time, it's crazy. We really wanted to see the New York Ballet Company do Nutcracker, but like everything else we left it to the day of the show and tickets had sold out. So we saw STOMP instead which was ... read more

Okay, So i havent updated this in a while. Again forgive me for spelling errors and lack of grammar, the keyboards are hard to get used to. Where to begin. Since last updating we have been through Barcelona and flew over to Rome and and are now here in Interlaken. When in Rome we went to the Vatican City, saw the Trevi fountain at morning and night, went to the Pantheon, had a guided tour of the Collosuem and Palantine hill and checked out the roman ruins, and ate way too much gelato, but that wasnt just rome, that was kinda of Italy in general. We even went and heard the Pope speak on Sunday morning. From Rome we went to Pompei which was a bit of a let down, we thought it would be like ... read more

Okay, so it has been probably about a week since I last updated this, and while not too much happens in a week in Penny a lot seems to happen for ains and I. After Lagos we caught a bus to Lisbon. Lisbon is just as beautiful as Lagos but a bit colder. We met these guys from Belgium who were studying in Spain and ended up hanging out with them for the day. We hired bikes and rode to a beach that one of the guys from Belgium had seen in a surfing video and was dying to see in real life. Bike hire was free! We love free stuff, apart from a bit of rain it was a great day. We then went to a cafe and each ordered Hanburger on a plate. When ... read more

Hey! So we have been chillin out in Lagos in Portugal for the past 5 days, just taking a break really. Tomorrow morning we are jumping on a bus back to Lisbon, random fact about Lisbon, you can choose Beer as your beverage choice with your McDonals meal. Anyway Lagos is this amazing town in the south of Portugal, I dont have a photo of it but every part of the towns sidewalks are tiled like a mosaic, it is so amazing, and they are smooth and the bottom of my shoes are smooth so i can skate across is, hard to explain but very cool when you are there. The weather has been pretty average about 19 degrees but with Berlin being about 9 degrees its definitely a nice change. The beaches are so beautiful, ... read more

We have been overseas for about 4 days now and it feels so much longer because our sleeping patterns are quite crazy. I wanted to upload some pictures but cant because I am in an internet cafe and cant plug my camera in. Also I cant figure out where the apostrophe key is. So this entry will be rather grammarless. We spent our first day in Kessell which is this tiny town of 900 people in Switzerland on Lake Konstanz and slept most of the day. The next day we caught the train in to Zurich. Zurich is a very pretty city but it was sooooo expensive. We walked around the town for a while, hired bikes (they were free surprisingly enough) and rode around which was pretty cool. We went to the Switzerland History Museum ... read more
