Wow, the things you remember when you Google yourself. Guess what I've stumbled across? No, not porn, surprising though that is. I found this place again! So, I've created a bit of a bucket list of places I want to travel to before I die (which will be many years from now I hope!). I'll get to that another time, right now I'm packing my bags and heading for... Scotland! Heh, not exactly far flung, but still its travelling, and visiting places. Annnnyway, I'm digressing. Basically, I'm headed to North Yorkshire on friday morning, stopping off for a family social visit overnight and then its off to Glencoe for a week. Well... where to start. The run up to christmas felt so long, and then all of a sudden it was christmas day. I had a wonderful Christmas Day with Hannah, Stephen, Ellen and Hannah's parents. We went up to Echuca on Boxing Day with the intention of staying until the 30th, however the heat was far too much for Hannah and I, and I had a massive bout of homesickness, so Hannah and I ended up coming home by coach the next day, while Ellen stayed up with her friends and family. Well I've finally got time to sit down and write this next entry, forgive it being 3 weeks later than I had originally intended, I have been very busy, and in those rare moments where I had time to sit and relax, I rarely remembered that I had a blog to write. Well, here it is, the first post from Australian soil! I arrived at 9.45pm (Melbourne time) last night, to find a very cold and wet sight greeting me. Perfect, just like home... Hannah and Elle were waiting for me with a huge sign, which was awesome. The flight was as long and boring as expected, I chatted a little to the girl next to me, she was cool and from Canada. No clue what her name was though, I didn't think to ask. The food was shit as usual, and as usual I hardly slept. By the time I reached Hong Kong I felt like death.
