It took around 2 hours by boat to go to Dalyan and it was a very hot journey with the sun right on top of us! Once there we changed to smaller boats and made our way to the Mud Baths and it was fun digging to get the proper mud rather then the watery mud which seemed to go. We stood in the sun to get dried up and it was quite a site! It took a bit long because the layer we had on was quite thick. Washing it off was a task in itself because the shower were so strong it was hard to stay under them. Then we tried the spring water which stunk of rotten eggs! It nice and warm but we didn't stay long in the water and then ... read more

Jonjo & Asia's Wedding weekend had finally come! I had been looking forward to this for ages and also the fact that this would be my first holiday with all girls and their families! Met Vinah & Jessie at Marble Arch, then met Gi & Gem at the bus stop to catch a coach to Luton. The flight to Poland was very smooth in the beginning and then right at the end it started getting a bit rocky then all the girls screamed together when the plane swooshed down! It was a very funny moment and there was also relief and a lot of clapping when we landed! Jonjo & Chris (Asia's brother) were there to greet us at Katowice Airport and then we walked over to the coach and boarded and made our 2 ... read more

When I think of California, I think of HOLLYWOOD, Beverly Hills 90210 & Rodeo Drive, but this visit was the complete opposite (scenery wise). Were talking desserts and hills!!! Think of "The Hills have Eyes" movies! I swear, if I would of seen someone walking on one of those mountains looking a little dodgy, I think I would wet my pants!!! Okay, a bit of an exaggeration, but I would of been a little scared! I don't like scary movies and it doesn't take a lot to scare me. So... Vix and I flew to California to visit Maricar, Jun & Baby Mya. We were so excited about seeing them and when that came, it was one of the best feelings having them close to me not so far away. Mya was a little closed ... read more

The thought of going to Vegas was a worrying prospect because me and casino's do not go well together because its so addictive! We left Mari's house late to drive to Barstow, Jun's family home, to drop of Mya which I hated because it meant spending less time with her, then drove to Vegas! I can't say much about the journey because I was a sleep! We arrived at Tiffany's house after midnight and after a little bit of catching up, fell asleep!!! Next day was a nice day in Vegas. We drove to a nearby Hawaiian BBQ and had lunch then drove down to the strip to check out the hotels! I was absolutely amazed by the hotels! How much work went into each design and how much there was to do in each ... read more

DAY 5 Had breakfast after 8ish and this time round we actually saw other people in our Riad eating breakfast. There was also a man leaving and I remembered him from the night when we were eating at the Market Food Stalls, because he was sitting behind me. He was from Strassburg, but he lived in France. He was traveling on this own but when he originally booked tickets there was supposed to be more people. Good to see nothing stopped him. We made our way to Ensamble Artisale and did last minute shopping. We found that the things here were less expensive then the souks, but the again, we were just probably really bad at haggling!!! I got my name written in Arabic! We dropped off our stuff to the Riad, then made our way ... read more

Woke up a little later this morning. It wasn’t raining, but it was very chilly!!! We arrived at Sahara Expeditions and there were only 2 other people on this trip, Ken & Josie from Nottingham. The journey wasn’t as long this time, and the driver was nice enough to make a few stops for us to take photos. When we arrived at Ourika Valley, again we were asked if we wanted a guide, and we said yes. His name was Hassan and we called him the “Jumping Man” because he was forever jumping from place to place whilst we were struggling to climb sometimes! Sometimes it even looked like he was jumping to his death. Okay, that’s a bit dramatic, but from where I was sitting, it looked quite scary. Anyway, the views were amazing and ... read more

Woke up to what sounded like hard rain pouring down, so was feeling a little glum, plus the fact we had to get up at 6am in the morning to get ready for our trip. The Riad staff were really nice because they got up a little earlier then usual to make our breakfast. It was a good thing because we had a 3 hour journey ahead of us!!! When we finally arrived at Ouzard, the sun was starting to come out!!! We were asked is we wanted to have a guide to show us around the village, gorge & waterfalls and everyone agreed. It was only 50 dirhams each. The tour was great because he talked us through everything, from the olive growth, the food and herbs the people used and the gorge! There was ... read more

DAY 1 Stayed awake waiting for 4:30am so I could take a cab to Victoria Station to catch the Gatwick Express to Gatwick to meet Silvia and Roland and check in. I was really hoping to catch up on some sleep on the plane but I couldn’t get comfortable! At one point I started feeling dizzy and when I got to the back of the plane to use the toilet I fainted. But it wasn’t anything serious. I was soon back on my feet! When we landed in Marrakesh, I was so excited about being there, I didn’t even think of what happened on the flight. We lined up at Passport control which took ages, so we kept swapping lines to see which one would go first. We changed some money at arrivals and found the ... read more
