We'll miss you guys Looks like you guys are having a wonderful time. Where are you headed for the winter this year? We just sold our RV and bought a waterfront(canal front) home on Lake June in Lake Placid, FL. Just moved in on Friday, so things are still a bit hectic. We will miss all the great people we've met. If you're in Peace River, give us a call, please.

Thanks Hi Karen and Tom; Thanks for the update. So nice to "see" you. Wee love the Sedona area-so beautiful. Rod is very interested in the cultural sights. I think the Church is a work of art. I know what you mean about a special feeling there. Lovely here. Just had a week of really warm weather but is expeced to cool off and be wet this weekend - just as we are away to camp and golf. Haven't been playing p-ball as no court here but hope to be able to soon as they are talking about adapting our never-used school courts. Sure do hope so. Miss the game and, Lord knows, I can't afford to lose any of my meager skills. Please keep up the blogs and hope to hear from you soon. Love Nan~
Great Stuff! Once again, thanks for doing this, sharing all the history surrounding your travel stops. I've heard about Sedona, but not Cottonwood TT. Does the higher elevation you're going to, mean Colorado, or some other place? Anyway, also glad that your daughter missed that marathon, too, and stayed safe. Take care and stay well.
Love to Read About Your Adventures Tom, Karen........ How wonderful that you can take in the beauty of Arizona. Looks like the two of you are enjoying nature at it's finest. Glad to hear that Tom's breathing problem is not more serious. We miss you guys........hope you make it back to Florida soon.
AWESOME Hi Karen and Tom,
Absolutely love the pictures ! I remember that the cactus flowers have such bold colors and are really beautiful. Sorry to hear that Tom has asthma. Hopefully the higher elevations will help with that. The Sedona dog made me laugh with his shades on. Really cute. Take Care and May God Bless !!
Great Pics Congrats on getting PB started at Casa Grande. Heard from Ellen Dyer not long ago; she & hubby Stan are also wintering in AZ, not sure which park. But she has been able to play nearly every day, even has to wait in line sometimes. Sounds like PB heaven in AZ!
Hi Karen and Tom,
Glad you are both well. I enjoy seeing your pictures. Ok-- now you are official PB trainers. Glad to hear that your keeping active. Heard nothing but good things about keeping active-- keeps you young.
I have spent 2 days at the Service Center training. Brick is here with his Service Center adjusters I told him that you and Tom are doing well. He said is happy to hear that you are doing well and told me he keeps up with your blogs. I will close for now. Happy and Safe Traveling-- May God Bless !
Desert Rats, Hi Karen and Tom,
Wow-- scary adventure with the 8 lane highway. I am so glad that you are both Ok. I hope you never experience anything like that again. Glad to hear you had some fun time on the ATV to unwind after the side-swipping episode. Again the pictures are awesome. Looks like it was a little cool as I see jackets on. The turquoise and quartz are beautiful. I remember seeing a lot of that as a kid. The coyote in your picture looks like a dog to me. That kind of thinking would get me in trouble. I wish you both a Happy, Healthy and SAFE New Year! May God Bless!!
Coyote Yes Joannie, the coyote looked like a dog to me too. Perched on top of a 6' wall that was 4" wide and how did he get there? Thanks for reading. We always enjoy your comments.
Western Frontier Hi Karen and Tom,
Love the pictures. The sunset or sunrise is absolutely beautiful. Funny to see Tom Duncan in 1869. Wow-- Tom is doing quite well for his age. Hope you had a Wonderful Thanksgiving and you arrived safely in Arizona.
Happy Travels and May God Bless
TOM DUNCAN I think the old photo bears a striking resemblance to the current Tom Duncan. MIGHT be a relative??
Nice pix & a great stop in Pecos. We did Deming & Casa Grande on our way east last month- missed you by a bit. We are in FL for the winter- now at Orlando TT til TH, then down to Fiesta Key ROD. We have a week in there, go to Flamingo for a week, then back to Fiesta Key for our 2nd week. Back to OTT after that. It looks good on Google Earth, so we hope for the best & plan to paddle & fish. Hugs to you, Bruce & Cheryl
Our Great State Thanks for the lovely pics of our beautiful, wild state! These would be great entries for travel magazines, to attract visitors here.
Sorry for your loss. Princess was a part of your family for a long time.
HeartBroken Tom and Karen,
We are so saddened to hear about your little "Princess" , but as hard as it is for you to let her go - she is now at peace. She was a special little girl - and we are so very glad that we to got to see her again and get such a great picture of her! We know you can never replace her ..........but as much as you enjoyed her traveling with you.........you should go out and share the love you have for animals with a new little boy or girl........Just Do It !!!
We became full-time RV'ers when I retired March 1, 2006. We started on the East coast of the U.S. and arrived on the West coast in 2009. We are traveling the U.S. to sights we've never seen before! Adventure-bound to National Parks. and beaches with stop-offs to visit friends and family. ... full info
