Welcome to Galway! This only took 13 days to get up and running! Here is a lovely summary of the past 13 days. On Wednesday, January 4th, 2012, we arrived into Shannon Airport. Everyone was exhausted getting off the plane and once we went through immigration, we were greeted by our lovely Resident Director, Finn Geraghty! Most of us assumed that all flights had arrived, and that we would soon be on our way to Galway. Finn informed us, however, that we would be leaving around 11:30. It was only about 7 when she told us this. So we spent about 4 hours getting to know each other and of course trying to catch a small nap. Soon we were on the bus and on our way to Galway.
