Hey hey everyone I'm in Bangkok since 2 days and it's kinda... DIFFERENT (would be the best way to describe it) ;) The city is awesome, the people really nice, everything is a lot bigger than in Germany and the shopping malls a REALLY modern! Yesterday we've been to the biggest shopping centres, the Siam Centre, the Siam Paragon (prices almost like in Germany..) and the MBK. Hey hey finally news from my site... it took me some time to get to the internet as there is muuuch going on here. After staying 2 days in Ubud (we've been to the Monkey Forest... it's really a forest full of monkeys... GREAT) we drove on to Lovina, which is in the north of the island. We passed the famous volcano Batur and had some tea while looking at it.. awesome view! In Lovina we stayed at the same hotel that we've been to 10years ago... and they really improved. Hey hey everyone hope youre all doing good?! I finally found a place to access the internet and leave you a first post. First: The time we already spent here was reaaaally nice, though the weather isn't that good. We had a pleasant flight from Frankfurt to Jakarta via Singapore (Dana: I loved the massage seats too.. I pushed the button the whole flight :P). Singapore was rainy and cloudy, but I think although a nice place to be. Hey hey hey everyone, it's early in the morning, but I decided to get up early on my FIRST DAY OF HOLIDAY!!! :D I'm just finishing to pack my bags, cleaning my room and do some last minute shopping (I always forget important stuff :P). Hey hey hey, fiiinally: It's only 11 more days to go! We just made our final planning, booked some of the hotels we'll stay in and tried to find out some special places to go. Our flight is starting at 10p.m. on Sep 2 and we will arrive in Jakarta at 6p.m. on Sep 2. We will directly fly to Yogyakarta that night and cure our jetlag the next day :P On Sep 6 we will fly to Bali and travel around for 14 days and fly to Bangkok on Sep 18.
