Hello there. So since I last did a blog we came over to Java from Bali and have spent 2 weeks here in Java. It has been incredible and met some amazing people along the way.On Bali the bus journey to the ferry port was great so much room and evan had air conditioning. We were amazed for the price we paid The ferry only took about an hour and we were on Java. The bus took us to a town calle http://www.travelblog.org/Asia/Indonesia/Java/Yogyakarta/blog-382181.html Bday on Bali Lombok and amazing Gili Trawanagan Hello there. So since last time I did a blog we spent a few days on Bali a couple days on Lombok and then almost a week on Gili Trawanagan which I have decided is my favourite island of all the ones I've been to on this trip.I've done a blog before for Bali so I won't talk to much about it. I had my birthday here which was really good. That day we got our hotel guys to drive us to a pitch to http://www.travelblog.org/Asia/Indonesia/Lombok/Gilli-Trawangan/blog-377673.html A week in OZ... Hello there. So since I dad the last blog we flew to Darwin then to Brisbane...then back to Bali...which is where I am now. We did that all in about a week. I just didn't like Australia. So we made took the 2 and a half hour flight to Darwin and arrived at our hostel at 4am where we arranged for someone to be there to we could get a bed. But of course no one was there so we had to sleep outsid http://www.travelblog.org/Oceania/Australia/Queensland/Brisbane/blog-374478.html Bali Last stop in Asia So since my last blog we got the 3 hour flight from Kuala Lampur to Bali and we've been here in Bali for a week now. Bali has been such a cool place to end our travels in Asia. The weather maybe could have been better but even then its been awesome to be here.We got in the first night and the rain was pouring like it would never stop but we managed to get from our hotel to a bar to watch the foo http://www.travelblog.org/Asia/Indonesia/Bali/Kuta/blog-371420.html Malaysia..Taman Negara Melaka and Kuala Lumpur Hello there. So since I did the last blog we've been in Malaysia for 2 weeks. From Kota Bharu we got he early jungle train to Jerantut where you get the bus to Taman Negara. The train journey was really cool as it was straight through thick jungle almost all the time so there was a lot to look out and see. The whole journey took about 10 hours but it flew by for me because of the scenery. Th http://www.travelblog.org/Asia/Malaysia/Pahang/Taman-Negara-National-Park/blog-369151.html Day in Burma Ko Samui Pha Nga Koh Phi Phi Koh Lanta and Koh Lipe... Hello there. It was ages since I last did a blog so I might have some trouble remembering it all but I'm sure fine detalails don't matter too much Since the last time I blogged we were about to embark on our journey to Burma to get 15 more days in Thailand stamped on our passports. The journey was pretty tedious. It started on a night boat that just had mats along the floor where everyone had http://www.travelblog.org/Asia/Thailand/South-West-Thailand/Ko-Lipe/blog-364595.html Christmas and New years on Koh PhaNgan Hello there. So since the last time I blogged we had the trip from Bangkok to Koh PhaNgan and have been here 10 nights now. The problem with writing a blog about this place is that I'm not sure that there's a lot to write about as we havnt done all that much other than party...a lot But I shall try anyway and put some pics on.The journey from Bangkok to Koh PhaNgan was pretty crap. The slee http://www.travelblog.org/Asia/Thailand/South-West-Thailand/Ko-Pha-Ngan/blog-359236.html Bangkok my favourite city in the world Hello there. So last time I blogged we had just got to Bangkok on the train from Chang Mai. We have been here 9 nights now and have done soooo much so hopefully I can remember it all Ofcourse the first night here we just had to have a night out on Khaosan road. Khaosan road is simply the best party ever so far anyway and it's on everynight It's got the carnival atmosphere all the time in http://www.travelblog.org/Asia/Thailand/Central-Thailand/Bangkok/blog-356311.html Why stay in Chang Mai when you can go to Pai Hello there. So Since last time I blogged we've been to Pai and then back down all the way to Bangkok which is where I am now. We only ended up staying in Chang Mai for 2 nights it was alot bigger than I expected and had a big city vibe about it. The King's birthday celebrations were pretty good but other than that we thought it would be better to get the bus to Pai which is a bit more north t http://www.travelblog.org/Asia/Thailand/North-West-Thailand/Pai/blog-354071.html Chilled and beautiful Luang Prabang Hello there. So since last time I blogged we've spent about a week in Luang Prabang and travelled to Chang Mai in Thailand which is where I am now. Luang Prabang was exactly what we needed after the crazyness and partying of Vang Vieng. The place is soooo chilled out and peaceful and even has a curfew of 12am not because of dangers but because all the locals get up to give the monks rice and b http://www.travelblog.org/Asia/Laos/West/Luang-Prabang/blog-351705.html Vientiane and the tubing madness in Vang Vieng Hello there. So since the last blog we got the sleeper train to the Laos border from Bangkok. It was pretty good for a sleeper train. As I've said loads before after India all the sleeper trains are great we even got a matress pillow cover and even a curtain for privacy awesome The train staff kept telling us to NEVER let go of our valuables as there were alot of thefts so I slept with my http://www.travelblog.org/Asia/Laos/West/Vang-Vieng/blog-348991.html The day of hell crossing the Thai border Koh Samet and the crazy world that is Pattaya Hello there. So I think toward the end of my last blog I mentioned that we were going to cross a different border to Thailand than most people and that 'it should be interesting'. Well it was interesting but also freakin' terrible. The day of the trip we we crossing the border we booked a 'share taxi' to take us to the border. We though a shar taxi would be a taxi that you share with two diffe http://www.travelblog.org/Asia/Thailand/Central-Thailand/Ko-Samet/blog-345225.html Incredible temples of Angkor and the boat ride to Battambang Hello there. SO since last time I blogged we got on the long bus journey to Siem Reap. First we stopped at Phnom Penh to change buses and then on to Siem Reap. It had been really wt that day and the bus driver though it would be a great idea to stop the bus in the middle of a massive puddle so everyone got wet and it was almost impossible to find your luggage in the dark...good start eh Final http://www.travelblog.org/Asia/Cambodia/North/Siem-Reap/blog-342227.html Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville shananigans Hello there. So since I last blogged we got the bus from Saigon to Phnom Penh in Cambodia. We had heard alot of stories about some of these borders being really corrupt and dangerous but it went really smoothly and we got our Cambodian Visa relatively quickly on the border. So when we got to Phnom Penh as soon as we stepped off the bus we were absolutely hounded my tuk tuk drivers wanting us t http://www.travelblog.org/Asia/Cambodia/South/Phnom-Penh/blog-340501.html Mui Ne and Saigon or Ho Chi Minh City or whatever... Hello there. So sonce last time I wrote on here we got a bus from Nha Trang to Mui Ne. The reason we were going to Mui Ne was for the amazing sand dunes that we heard about and also that fact that it had a lovely beach which is always nice. SO we got off the bus and this moto guy said he wanted to take us to a cheap hotel so we got on but the hotel rather sucked to we decided to keep walking. http://www.travelblog.org/Asia/Vietnam/Southeast/Ho-Chi-Minh-City/blog-337956.html Nha Trang Vietnam Such a fun place Hello there. So last time I did a blog we were about to get on a sleeper bus to Nha Trang thankfully it wasn't as bad at the last one but I still hate them Any was when we got there we did our usual search for a cheap place to stay. After a while we found this great place for 3 each AND its our best hotel yet 2 double beds satelite TV power shower. we just arent use to this ha plus I wa http://www.travelblog.org/Asia/Vietnam/South-Central-Coast/Nha-Trang/blog-333958.html Hue the journey to Hoi An and Hoi An Hello there So since I last did a blog we got on a sleeper bus to Hue from Hanoi. But to call it a sleeper bus is false advertising really as it is impossile to get any freakin' sleep As you can see in the pics I seem really happy maybe evan excited in the pic of me on by bed on the bus...should of really took one at the end to compare So anyway...we finally got to Hue and this guy said he http://www.travelblog.org/Asia/Vietnam/South-Central-Coast/Hoi-An/blog-331318.html Sapa Staying with families and trekking through typhoons Hello there. So we got on the night train to Sapa and we expected the worst because we had booked in the 'hard sleeper' class and heard bad things. But we got in the carriage and it was great. I think after the Indian trains nothing could phase us. We got in and we had pillows and sheets awesome and then the next thing we know 4 more Vietnamese girls are in our carriage so all in all a good http://www.travelblog.org/Asia/Vietnam/Northwest/Sapa/blog-328864.html Hanoi Halong Bay and Cat Ba Island Hello or should I say Xin Cho. Yes we've finally become a little less ignorant and learned some of the language So since I've written a blog we have been on a short flight from Bangkok to Hanoi Vietnam. We stayed in Hanoi for more than enough time really because as I said in the Kathmandu blog my wallet was stolen so my parents were sending my bank card to the UK embassey in Hanoi for me to http://www.travelblog.org/Asia/Vietnam/Red-River-Delta/Halong-Bay/blog-325893.html Kathmandu Our last stop in Nepal Hello there. So since going rafting on way from Pokhara to Kathmandu which was great by the way and I really want to do it again we got on the four hour bus from the rafting site to Kathmandu and decided to ride on the roof of the bus When our bus arrived in Kathmandu we got a taxi straight to the tourist area of Thamal. Pretty much everyone who goes to Kathmandu would be staying here so we http://www.travelblog.org/Asia/Nepal/Kathmandu/Thamal/blog-320334.html
