I liked Laos very much, although there is no coast. That is why I moved down to south Thailand, by bus and train: two nights and two days of traveling, quiet exhausting, but when I arrived in Au Nang I knew it was worth. In Koh Hai I found a real bargain. Small bamboo bungalow seven meters away from the beach, including visits from mice and geckos, but just 8.- Sfr a night! Hey everyone happy new year!! at least it is here in Laos and Thailand. I skipped my stay in Australia and went instead to South east ASia. I was looking for a less touristic place than NZ or OZ, but hard times here too. I didn't know that Thailand is backpackers paradies...But it's nice here. It's hot, about 35 degrees celsius and very humid. Hey Guys I'm finally in Australia. I don't like big cities anymore, so I'll see that I get my ass out of here as soon as possible. Operahouse and the bridge is nice and Sushis are pretty cheap that I just give them a go. Australia is huge, so let's see where I go to. Playa escondida Dies war mal genau das, was ich nach 3 Wochen ununterbrochen gefeierten Partys gebraucht habe! Super tolles Hostel direkt am Strand. Da es kurz VOR Weihachten ist, hab ich ein ganzes Bambushaus fuer mich alleine, also zumindest den oberen Stock. Ein amerikanischer Schriftsteller weilt unten, aber vom oberem Stock hat man eh die beste Aussicht. Das Wetter koennte nicht besser sein und ich kann mal richtig wieder Energie tanken. Je nach Ebbe und Flut wandere ich stundenlang am Strand entlang, endecke die Kueste, meditiere, renne, werde braun, sehe den zahlreichen Krabenscharen zu, oder beobachte verschiedene Voegel(Kolibri, Pelikane,...) und ne [View Full Entry]
