I am about to embark on an adventure I have been dreaming of for years. I will be backpacking around Europe (Holland, Belguim, France, Italy and the UK) for just under three months. It will be the start of many adventures to come and the baseline for many stories to be told.
I plan to travel as much of the world as I can before I die. I already have my next adventure planned!
After going to bed so early seven hours later I woke at 1:30am to edit all of my pictures I ended up getting out of bed around 5am. Today after a nice large breakfast we all piled into the hire car again to explore a few castles and sightsee around Holywell and Flint. It is now 4pm and I have finally finished updating all of my blogs and Facebook again, I still have to check my emails and update my Twitter! I do not have to much to say for today as my blogs are going to be quite boring until I am alone and in Europe (one week to go!) So, attached are a lot of pictures of the small Welsh roads, Saint Winefride's Well and the Flint Castle.

Today has been spent stuffing my face, searching for mushy peas (easily as ever second food outlet offers something with this condiment) and driving (well playing passenger). After a very delicious Vegan breakfast involving a massive plate of food, a coffee and some juice (bad I know - but so good!) we set off via taxi back to the airport to fetch a hire car. My parents will be in the UK for the duration of my travels so a car seems like a good idea. Hiting the M56 we headed straight for North Wales - Chester to be exact to meet up with some family friends for lunch at the

I do not remember much about the ride but I do rememember some incredible moments in Happy Feet Two - one of my many movie choices! After landing safely in Amsterdam, Holland for our last stop over I am glad to say thirteen hour flights are not THAT bad - note, they are not my preference though! Schipol Airport was (is) incredible - Kuala Lumpur may have a walk in rainforest thing but Schipol Airport (Amsterdam) boasts so many incredible things; definitely my favourite airport thus far. Can I just bring up one massive downer to my travels? Vegan accomodation - in regards to meals (not Vegan homestays ;) ) both flights did cater to my special needs (hold the laughter) but the

I feel somewhat exhausted already and I still have another 22 hours at least before I reach Manchester - hopefully I can sleep away most of the 13 hour flight to Amsterdam. This post isn't really going to be full of much detail due to the fact I have done barely anything since leaving Australia. I watched three or so films and got horribly uncomfortable - which after seven or so hours is understandable. I am travelling with my family so most of our waiting time is filled with crazy picture taking of ourselves and Teddy. (Those on Facebook will have access to these, I will upload here later ;) ) I'm sitting beside a gorgeous Mediterranean

As I fear my personal blog will have trouble harbouring so many amazing images. I have been a fan of TravelBlog for years and finally after years of research, planning, and saving my pennies I am taking my first adventure to Europe. Heck, I am even going solo. Which at nineteen and as a female this scares me a little but none the less, my excited very much over powers my fears at this time. I plan to do as much as I can, as cheaply as I can while I am away. I want to explore as many cities and sights as my budget and body allow. I am keen to be a
